I sincerely do not want to criticise the hotel just because one staff was unprofessional

Cons:

While check in out, the reception guy was very unprofessionnal.
Talking to me on a high tone and argueing with me about my invoice in USD [ that requested upon arrival]
Very rude to me and did not make my day [ 04:45 am]

Cons:

Fiz a reserva pelo Booking.com por 1 noite, confirmaram a reserva e valor. Quando confirmei com o hotel o valor não aceitaram o que o booking.com validou e pediram que eu entrasse em contacto com a linha do cliente para aceitarem o dito valor, pois não tinham acesso à mesma ao visualizar a reserva!
Entrei em contacto telefónico com a linha de cliente da Inglaterra( n° de acesso) por 15 minutos +- , na esperança de alcançar a confirmação.
Penso que até enviaram um email ao Hotel a confirmar o valor e reserva mas, o hotel rejeitou e cobrou valores muito acima do publicitado em vosso site.
Cancelei a reserva e julgo não usar o vosso serviço nos próximos tempos.

Pros:

acordac com a vista do Oceano Indico é impagável. Mesmo sendo a praia um tanto poluita. O café da manha tb fantástico.

Cons:

Eles possuem uma boa estrutura para fazer boas pizzas, mas a pizza q veio ao meu quarto era realmente muito ruim.

Amazing EVERYTHING!
Pros:

Rose and Frank were so helpful and welcoming upon my arrival and during my entire stay. Rose helped me with taxis and recommendations and Frank helped me with converting money and other recommendations for my time in Maputo. The room was relaxing and beautiful. I got the room overlooking the ocean and pool and it was exactly what I needed. Relaxing tub and amazing hot and firm water pressure for the shower. Free breakfast was amazing and the dinner - around $50 pp was also amazing. The meat options and variety were extraordinary. If I’m ever in Maputo again I’ll stay here. I stayed at the Southern Sun in OR TAMBO which is why I chose the one in Maputo. Definitely a great hotel chain.
