Great potential but overated
Pros:

Amazing location, Amazing facilities

Cons:

Prices of food and drinks are extremely expensive.
They could clean up the mold in the shower.
They could pay more attention on attributing the right room according to the booking (one books a room with sea view, end up in a room without a view)

Pros:

Excellent location. Safe. Bedding was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Musty damp smell in all rooms. Bedding was damp, had to ask for it to be changed which was accommodated without issues. Old property. Booking.com doesn’t tell you that the room has two double beds , which meant I booked two rooms for my kids and I, instead of one room which would have been more than enough. Could have saved 50% of that bill.

Excellent facilities
Pros:

I was not told that the airport shuttle is paid for and when i checked out i had finished all money and yet i was supposed to pay for airport shuttle. Guess I ended up not paying because thry said I didnt know

Great stay at Southern Sun for a business trip
Pros:

Old but well maintained and refurbished hotel with a good location and good sea views, courteous and helpful staff and good breakfast variety

Cons:

Generally all was ok save for taxis being rare some times
