El personal magnífico.

Cons:

Las habitaciones no tienen luz a pesar de tener muchas bombillas. y se pasa muchísimo frio, el aire no es capaz de calentar la habitacion. Además no hay un solo enchufe libre, si quieres cargar un teléfono desconectas la TV o una lámpara, en fin un despropósito. Por el precio q cobran podían cuidar estos detalles.

Very bad lightning inside the rooms and a bit dirty. Lo peor la poca luz de las habitaciones. Y que los suelos de la habitacion estaban sucios.

struttura meravigliosa e in posizione pazzesca praticamente al limite del deserto con vista sulle prime dune stupenda , cena e colazione molto scadenti ma soprattutto completa mancanza di acqua calda in camera e quindi impossibilitato alla pulizia personale

Es war so schön die Mitarbeiter waren nett
Alles war sauber und die zwei verschiedenen Pools haben waren perfekt man hatte genug Platz es war nicht voll man konnte den Urlaub einfach nur genießen
Das Abend buffet war frisch und man hat gemerkt das die Gerichte selbst gemacht werden 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
Kamel reiten konnte man vor Ort in der Unterkunft auch buchen für 15€
Es war wirklich wunderbar

C’est une adresse à recommander sans hésitation,
Pros:

Un séjour inoubliable à la Kasbah Tombouctou ! Le personnel est extrêmement serviable, souriant et dynamique, toujours prêt à rendre service avec gentillesse. Le restaurant est magnifique, offrant une cuisine savoureuse dans un cadre charmant. La propreté des chambres est irréprochable, un vrai plus qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable.

Je tiens également à souligner le travail remarquable des femmes qui s’occupent des bains de sable : elles sont très professionnelles, et je les félicite pour le travail dur qu’elles accomplissent chaque jour, toujours avec joie et le sourire.

C’est une adresse à recommander sans hésitation, et pour ma part, je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Cons:

Petit point d'amélioration : j’aurais aimé que la période du déjeuner soit prolongée, afin de permettre à ceux qui font le bain de sable tardif de pouvoir en profiter pleinement.

Pros:

Very nice, typical hotel, personalized welcome. Outdoor parking on site. Relaxing atmosphere. Very pleasant pool with an exceptional view of the dunes. Second pool heated to 32 degrees and clean... wow it's wonderful to swim there in the evening with a starry sky. The food is delicious. Beer and wine at a reasonable price. Extraordinary, helpful and supportive staff. A detour is essential to discover this wonderful place, located at the gateway to the desert. One of the best places to explore the dunes. Asphalt road to the Riad.

Perfect oasis type hotel to stay at near the dunes
Pros:

The whole property was stunning. Rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant food was fantastic. Break and dinner are buffets and lunch is a menu. All very good and well priced. We loved our stay here!
