Great stay
Pros:

I liked the staff members, they were very much helpful and and welcoming. The staff gave my daughter a nice goodies for her birthday.

Cons:

The breakfast room was too full and we were told to move to Maharani for breakfast. The telephone was not working properly.

Wonderful, I’d come back again. Good Value for Money

Cons:

Our Bathroom Leaked, Only the Shower was working, the bath tub tap wasn’t working, lukewarm water, cold f for bathing.

But thank you, we did call the reception and we were moved to another room one floor above and the water was warm, no leaks, comfortable stay

Southern Sun Elangeni and Maharani was excellent. The concierge staff at Elangeni were superb
Cons:

Outside the hotel and the promenade felt safe but the road and area between the 2 did not especially on a Sunday.

Cons:

You don't have a braai facilities, to braai for our self, the pool area at the top was closed under maintenance, It was one of the thing that attracted me to book your place, but even though I really enjoyed my stay

Pros:

The location was great, breakfast was top tier had a lot of variety. Friendly staff and they catered to all our needs.

Cons:

I did not like that the rooms had no heating system as sometimes the room would get cold and the fact that the roof top pool is not working at Maharani but yet it's still there on the website and the fact that we had to go to Elangeni to use the pool. Another thing please add more TV stations on your TV and preferably NETFLIX.
