Exceptionally excellent and memorable
Pros:

Breakfast is exceptionally excellent. In respect of room, I wish to suggest that you start providing a two bottles of water daily not just one bottle of water on arrival. Your hotel is a high class.

Was transferred to Maharaja- rooms ok. I prefer the cleaner intergrated tv of Elangeni. More cleaner look

Pros:

Breakfast was good. The sea view was excellent. Location is good . Mangwanani Spa service was excellent. Great Wifi speed.

Cons:

Check out the toilet, not flushing properly.
Bathroom door was hard to open, can be locked inside if there is no one to help - senior folks would struggle.
Only one side of the curtain had lining🙈 and as such, light was coming in.

Underwhelming...
Pros:

The quality of food was horrible...it got to a point where it was just about getting something in us just to fuel up, and on both days after breakfast just as expected we got sick after the breakfasts...but it's like attention to detail and quality doesn't matter here at this hotel...at no point in my stay did I feel like I was at a 4 star hotel.

Cons:

The room was clean, but the sheets were stained with some sort of oil...the windows didn't seal and the noise from outside crept in because of it...a simple thing like bottled water was not provided in the room daily...and wherever you do get water from in the hotel has this bitter taste, the food, was just low quality and attention to detail was not there, when we asked for certain things or made calls to request items it was like the staff didn't understand the requests and some didn't seem to want to do their jobs...the tea bags and items from the tea/coffee station aren't replenished daily...the wifi drops out constantly in the afternoons, the phone lines to certain hotel departments generates errors or dropped calls when trying to reach those departments...ah checkin, I felt as if you guys were doing me a favour through the checkin experience...the only individual that stood out in a very positive way through the stay from the staff was Moses
from the breakfast. I did not enjoy the experience at this hotel, and don't think that its deserving of the 4 star category rating.
