Pros:

The bed was very comfortable but the Matt's inside and corridors are very dirty. For less maintenance perhaps they need to opt for tiles with underfloor heaters.

The Matt's are very dusty and dirty. They also need to install proper showers not bath tubs that has a shower head

Pros:

The location on the beach.

Cons:

Rooms were dated, furniture is old and not in a good condition. Carpets smell bad. Bathroom was not good, needs revamping urgently

Pros:

Beautiful views and a comfortable room.

Cons:

The room would randomly smell like cigarette smoke which was unsettling to someone who does not smoke and there was an odd smell in the room

It was lovely
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely. Rooms are also great. Concierge is helpful. Restaurant is a not halaal but the vegetarian options are nice. I would definitely stay here again because of the safety and ambience. Everything we need.

Cons:

Gym facility could have been better. Guests can't access the gym so we have to call someone from the hotel to open with a master key and there was a bit of an odour in the gym. I had to pause my training midway to open the door for a few guests because they could not open the gym door because of the access issue.

Cons:

The stairs by the car park.. you should put elevators straight to reception and rooms..
Breakfast long que to finally be served and get a table. Extend Breakfast to 11pm.

It was fair stay, good for families
Pros:

The cleaning staff were really quick and efficient. Room service was good and food came relatively quick. Also the two pools were great

Cons:

One of the windows in the room wasn’t shut properly and made a noise in my parents room I didn’t like that
