Pros:

Breakfast was very good

Cons:

No bottled water in room. Non negotiable. How can u give one small bottle on first day. Old people need for meds. Please upgrade to showers. Cannot climb in to the tub..

Our room was upgraded, we appreciate this very much. The suite was excellent. It was clean and neat.

The breakfast buffet 🔥🔥👌 top notch

Kitchen staff amazing

Cons:

The cleaning ladies are rude

They'd always do half done job, like, bathroom not cleaned
No towel replacement
No tissue

We always had to call in requesting towels and tissue paper😏😏
