Impeccable 🤍
Pros:

This was my third time visiting Southern Sun Maharani tower, and once again, it was an amazing experience. The breathtaking views, fresh breakfast, and warm welcome never disappoint. The complimentary celebration gesture was truly heartwarming. Thank you so much to the entire team 🤍

Cons:

I was disappointed that we only received one bottled water for the remainder of our stay. During our previous visit, the housekeeping team kindly left fresh water each day after cleaning. We were expecting the same level of service this time.

Disappointing

The location and the comfort

Cons:

We ordered water and ice on Friday evening and it never arrived, we arrived the safe was not locking had to wait for an hour and still no one showed up it was only fixed the following day our valuables were left exposed. The pool was not clean Friday evening, the room service took longer making up our bed and didn't even change the water for the bathroom to rinse our mouth. Our room was never ready and had to be hanged to another one this is disappointing.
