Pros:

It is such a beautiful hotel with amazing views. It is clean and the staff are lovely. I can't wait to go back.

Cons:

The area outside the hotel may not be as safe so I would just be careful around that area. However, safety is a concern wherever you go so you take your precautions.

The room was comfortable. Lovely views

Cons:

The Room Service was horrible. Phone wasn't working properly and I was told I would be called back. It was too late hence I went and dined somewhere else.

Good Positioning of the hotel and Highly recommended Staff
Pros:

Didn't get much of the experience of breakfast, a tad bit full for the time that I got in, which is granted from what event was happening the previous day. The buffet serving was a little disappointing, but the chefs tried by all means to attend to what I had shared some light on.

Cons:

If the room I am said to be "upgraded" to is better, let it be so. Did not find much of an upgrade in it. Air-con was not working, so I bit the bullet because I had a long day already and going through the rig-moral would have just been upsetting
