Could have been so much more
Pros:

Staff at Restaurant and the Bar were great and very helpful including the security

Porters helped when lifts were being serviced

The ladies who cleaned and service the room were great as well. Very polite and mist helpful and understanding as i left late most mornings or I was working in my room.

Cons:

When I left I called reception twice to get a porter snd the guy was like he didnt even know I called before.

Didn't apologize and was like I will check where they are after 20 minutes. So I just carried everything down myself which left a sour note in my stay

Maintenance- fix the aircon buttons in room 441.

Lighting is poor or maybe use different bulbs.

lovely, good location and fantastic breakfast!
