The front desk staff were lovely and the room was comfortable

Cons:

The staff, when i got to the room I ordered In room dining, the staff were not that hospitable in the the phone, i ordered at 8:40pm, by 9:40pm I had not received it yet. I called again because it closes at 10pm and was advised that they would follow up. I waited up after a long travel day until 11:30pm until which I never received my order. This is not the service you would expect from a hotel
