i loved everything about the southern sun it not the first time stay there and i will visit there always when need accommodation around praetoria or when i need accommodation around Mzansi i look only for sun or fall under southern sun

Clean, good breakfast and friendly staff

Cons:

The garage entrance to main door is not safe for night return and there was no security outside. Probably they need an entrance from garage to lobby without going outside

Everything about the hotel, the stuff was amazing and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast was delicious, and the swimming pool was always clean .I like the fact that you can not go to the rooms without access card.

There was not enough drinking water in a room.
We were three in a room and there wa s only one bottle water .i called receptionist to provide more drinking water ,it was never provided .
Bathroom was not properly cleaned and the bath size is very small.

Being luxury of the property really impressed me.

Cons:

I struggled to get 3 different invoices as we were 3 guest in 3 different rooms and they could not help us meaning we will have to pay back that money when we get back where we are working cause we wont have a proof
