Pros:

The pool was nice and big. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast staff (the waiters). We had to ask them to replenish the food and refill the juice for breakfast. They were not waiting on us. At some point, the chef had to assist us with an order because the waiters kept sending me from one waiter to another.

The room only had one twin plug, and we had booked for three people.

It was terrible I'm still traumatized
Pros:

I did not like anything about it. I booked it for convenience because I had a conference at UP.

Cons:

No sense or urgency. I waited an hour for room service and dessert was missing. I feel in the tub, I called reception. Nobody showed up for 30min. They only came when my partner called. Breakfast doesn't have enough options. I didn't feel safe coming out of parking. Reception called me to explain their incompetence, that phone call disturbed my sleep.
