I was happy to have gotten a clean bed to sleep in for a night but the room was cold and the heater was outdated , no blankets in the room
I arrived and the lady at reception was amazing I think her name was Khabby, then I went to my room , freezing cold everything is outdated the place needs a revamp plus there was no twin plug 😳 then I ordered grilled fish with seasonal vegetables and it took them forever 45 minutes to bring my food which I ended up cancelling my order. The lines are not clear so when you call for room service I had repeat myself several times for her to hear what I was saying.
Room was clean ,neat and tidy!
Food at restaurant was aweful!
Food wasnt charged to room even after me asking and then i was been hounded for money like i stole from them.
Clean Linen and delicious breakfast with variety food to choose from.
Using the bathroom after bathing was uncomfortable as we were stepping on wet floor. The shower gel was not enough for 3 people since we booked a family room

The property is definitely not a 4 star its in a very bad location paint is coming of the walls. Taxis hooting non stop outside and it feels like a backpackers rather than a hotel I left after being there for 10min and rather went to another hotel

Front Office staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and accommodating.
One staff member, Tsakani, in the restaurant who seemed to be a little racist - (1) I greeted her in english and she ignored me, I then greeted her in Sotho and she responded. I said oh you don't understand english. (2) same lady, when I asked for a take away cup for my coffee as I needed to be on my way to the hospital, she said they don't have and that I needed to bring my own. Although I did see her giving another lady a take away coffee in their own mug. The day before a wonderful waiter had given me my coffee in a take away cup (breakfast)
The beds and pillows were not that comfortable.
Late night noise from people at the pool area.
Rooms are comfortable though a bit dated - needs a refurbishment. The position is excellent for Pretoria CBD. The breakfast had limited vegan options in the main buffet though the chef kindly offered to prepare something for me
