All good but restaurant staff need some training

Cons:

The food options have been somewhat downgraded to since last I was here. Staff at egg station unfriendly to many of those staying at hotel. Depending hon how they feel depends on what your omelette will be like. No attention to what orders are given. One gentleman categorically said no cheese to which she continued to add cheese. The other lady asked for peri peri and when her omelette was being given to her she said it didn’t have chilli to which the staff sighed and passed it on to whoever wanted it. One omelette was very small also the eggs were watered down a lot. I had fried eggs the next day and that was done by the gentleman who listened to my order. No variety of jam only apricot. Food stations often empty. Tea served with a tea bag in a cup whereas day before it was served in a tea pot. When asking for assistance we felt like we were a burden. Only issue was at restaurant. Very disappointed.

Enjoyable and fun for the kids
Pros:

It’s kids friendly and safe. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious

Cons:

The rooms need a makeover, the bathrooms are old fashioned. Remodelling of the place is needed
