Overall it’s great and the staff were amazing
Pros:

The entertainment facilities and food , access to Hyde Park mall

Cons:

The service was slow, my shower gel was not replenished and coffees too. I could not turn off the aircon in my room and that affected my sleep. Some of the furniture pieces slouch and need to be upholstered.

Disappointing, considering my injury
Pros:

The accommodation was good and the staff very friendly

Cons:

The concierge man closed the door of my taxi onto my finger, which caused much discomfort for the whole weekend and a lot of pain unfortunately. It was an accident, but clearly he has not been trained to wait for somebody to get out the vehicle before closing the door
