Nice hotel in a good location but needs a bit of a refresh, particularly the bathroom
Pros:

Good location. Nice views from the bar and restaurant.

Cons:

Quite a strong smell of drains from the bathroom. Had to close the door of the bathroom to block it out. Shower a bit mouldy around the edges.

Staff on first morning for breakfast were rude but once I spoke to the manager there was a significant improvement and they were excellent especially at the restaurant

Nada ppr su valor tan caro debería ser la piscina temperada.

No me gustó que mi reserva lo realice en dolares y cuando fui a pagar en dolares se negaron primero..luego me estaban cobrando casi el doble de dolares de lo que me daba booking...
Me obligaron a pagar con tarjeta de crédito y yo tenia mis dolares en efectivo por el total de la reserva que me había dado booking..
Eso es una estafa y creo que es por que ellas las recepción se deja los dolares que pagas de mas en mi caso era como 120 dolares mas que me cobraban...
Es un hotel muy caro y no tiene desayuno incluido una verdadera estafa.

First time around Hyde Park and I love it

The mall accessible through hotel.

I loved the hotel and I can visit as often as I can and it’s also peaceful.
Pros:

Very clean and classy, you’d swear it’s a 5⭐️ hotel. As I travel often, this is definitely gonna be my home.
The staff is also very friendly, everything is the best ✨
