The staff, rooms were magnificent

The breakfast and dinner both were great and the staff there were nicer . Food tops the breakfast buffet was nice both days and my steak for dinner was tender loved it
1.The location i got lost twice GPS confuses the hotel and the mall , so I found myself in the mall instead😫.
2. The staff , the most unfriendly staff i have met in all the southern sun hotel i have slept in😭. You great them they act not to hear you . The only person friendly to you is the person you having a direct interaction with like the person handing you the key or the waiter serving you the rest were cold as the weather (specially the cleaning staff angry bunch of people those ladies shame)🫂.
3 . The room :what was displayed online isn’t what was in the room i choose the hotel because of the beautiful blanket displayed on the bed which when i got there wasn’t there i asked for a blanket i got an ugly brown blanket and not the beautiful fur faux displayed , some cupboards are broken didn’t even close properly ,
Estrutura excelente. Otima hospitalidade, era meu aniversário e deixaram um pedaço de bolo com as felicitações. A vibe do rooftop é incrivel. O café da manhã foi o que consideramos o melhor e mais completo que ja tivemos. Tinha um favo de mel inteiro.

Everything! Particular praise to the staff: From the door staff to the barmen, room service, cleaning and all general staff. The staff at this hotel are a highlight and a real asset.
