The location.

Cons:

It was absolutely freezing. Aircons on everywhere. In the heart of Winter. Even our room, which they could not adjust after attempting to fix. Slept in an icy cold room. Mentioned this to the front desk and they seemed unphased.

I hope not to return to this property again. I find it bizarre that a room above a bar would be allocated to someone on

Location, porter staff some reception staff, restaurant food quality and service.

Cons:

I was booked into a room 2 meters above the rooftop bar, in spite of having noted that this was a work trip. At around 21.30 I contacted reception to ask them to please move the revellers below my window. They called back - while later to say that it wasn’t very loud (!) and that the bar would stop serving alcohol at 22.30. They offered to move me to another room. As I was already in bed and fully unpacked with a compromised hip I declined.
I was moved to a quieter room for the second night.

Pros:

It was clean and staff were friendly.

Cons:

I was required to pay extra to book a room with a large bed "King Superior Suite" and was given the cheaper room with two twin beds. If you only have twin rooms left, that's fine, but don't have people pay extra only to receive a twin room.
