I loved the room, and lounge downstairs

I didn’t like that I missed out on the pool thinking it was closed early, also there was a restaurant breakfast was mentioned but she didn’t say if it was included or not.

Great hotel with a nice pool and outdoor seating area
Pros:

We wanted a room with a king bed which we got. We were on our bicycles and it was a little far off the bike path so that wasn't great at the end of a cycling day. It's in a quiet area and we ate at the restaurant, The Sens which was good. They have a very nice outdoor seating area with a water feature and comfortable chairs. Nice spot for a drink and we also ate outside.

Cons:

Its a bit isolated from a downtown vibe.

Cons:

Nous avons fait une réservation à l’hôtel 6 mois à l’avance. La chambre désirée ne nous a pas été attribuée. Nous avons fait pars de notre insatisfaction auprès de la réception, mais aucune accommodation ne nous a été offerte. Nous espérons recevoir une compensation suite à cette malheureuse expérience.

Bel hôtel confortable. Longue attente à la réception malgré l’enregistrement en ligne ou pour l’achat de nourriture. Manque de pression d’eau pour la douche et l’évier dans la chambre. Merci pour le séjour.
