Very dirty!

Water pressure was very low!!! Roaches were crawling on the walls, all in the tub, the bathroom counter and on my bag.

Paper thin walls. Noisy AC, dirty linens

Terrible place to stay on all accounts

Sand and grit on the sheets. They must not have been changed. Toilet had a greenish brown color when i opened the lid. Beds are old, TV had a black line going across it. The hotel is old and not updated.

Had issues with the tv not changing channels unless right next to it.
No toilet paper holder
Otherwise not bad for a one night stay

While we miss having breakfast like so many places offered pre-covid, that was the only real drawback of this stay. The facility is dated, but the room was very nicely updated, with new furnishings and comfortable climate control. It was very clean and included two very comfortable beds and good TV options. The front desk staff was congenial and efficient. The facility is close to the highway, but that brings unavoidable noise issues as can be expected. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would be glad to visit again when in the area.

Guys took money from my account when I was even there and still took money from me I think it's unprofessional I would definitely never stay there or recommend anybody staying there

Paid for 2 nights with hotels.com, and the lotus basicly put me out on the 2nd day and refused to honor the confirmation of 2 nights that paid for. Hotels. Com still has yet to address the issue.......!!!!!!!!

Rooms not as advertised. Paid extra for "separate bedroom" for multiple groups of people. Front desk told me they don't even offer rooms with separate bedrooms. Unsure why it is listed in the details, for this property.

The price was great but the upkeep is lacking. It would have been good to know that there was no elevator for the second floor and the bed needed to be replaced.

Close to highway

I did not stay, even though I had reserved and paid because I did not feel safe when I drove into the parking lot. There were people hanging around the front of the hotel. It looked uncapped, and the windows were open with curtains, flying out in the front entry Looked like a rent by the our hotel.

I should have read the reviews because it was not only disgusting but also un safe

The check in was easy and quick. The room was ok except for the TV not working, the hot water was tricky and the floor had small glass pieces that was not cleaned up good.

First, I got a call before we checked in telling me that I had booked a room with two beds, but they could not provide that. Me and my granddaughter settled for king size bed. My granddaughter brought along her own blanket to sleep on top of the line. Their room was very musty and had an odor. I went to Walmart and bought air freshener. The next night we did receive a room with two beds. This room was not as musty, but I still used the air freshener. Both evenings before checking in there was a lot of people in the parking lot and appeared. They were homeless people. This was disturbing an alarming. I will not stay this week.

Sketchy area. Cheap on so many ways.
