Clean and comfortable rooms, great facility and close to lots of restaurants and shops
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff from front desk, breakfast area and housekeeping. Every employee that I ran into during my stay asked if there was anything I needed. Really impressed with their customer service and attentiveness to customers. Our king suite was also extremely clean which I appreciate.The property is really close to Costco and several restaurant and shopping options. Very quiet and safe.

Cons:

The only minor items lack of ventilation in the pool area. It’s a very minute issue but ventilation especially during the summer months would be helpful with alleviating the heat in the room.

Pros:

The Coffee was amazing. I have never had good hotel room Coffee.
Oh and getting to add whipped cream to my coffee at 3am was also a treat. We were part of a pyrotechnics team in Rancho Murieta that worked 8am to 2am. That small detail is what really stands out to travelers like me.

Cons:

Just that the room windows didn't open, but looking at the neighboring hotel, the windows there didn't either. Probably a reason for it?
