Pros:

The location was right off the highway, and close to several services. The property was VERY clean. While the mattresses were only adequate, the bed linens were very good.

Cons:

This property is a classic example of deferred maintenance. The latch on the door to my room did not work properly, and regularly locked me out. The property manager explained that the general manager knew about the issue but was unwilling to fix it as they could not purchase just one mechanism (!).

Inside the room, most of the power outlets were loose and would not hold a standard plug. There was only one outlet that would power anything. The ground floor ice maker was out of order.

On a convenience note, Many of the buttons on the remote control did not work reliably. I ended up watching YouTube on my laptop.

Budget place and I don’t like staying here but everything is so expensive. Breakfast is gross.

Great hotel, warm staff
Pros:

I was given a suite at a lower price, which was a good way to compensate for the reservation hick up. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and well kept. There were several options for breakfast, including bagels, muffins, waffels, fruit and yogurt.

Cons:

Not the fault of the staff, but they couldn't find my reservation, which was made through booking.com
