Be welcoming staff and the way they explained what was available

Cons:

Everything was pretty good. The only thing to note was that the carpets in the hallways and the entryways were not clean. This seems to be a common issue among hotels, unfortunately. It is, however, the first thing you notice when you go to your room.

Very nice and clean hotel. Beds very comfortable. Staff very friendly.
Pros:

Very conveniently located off the highway and mid-point to our final destination. Even with a very late check-in it was fast, easy and staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean, quiet and beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

Not many choices for breakfast, but the breakfast area was clean and well maintained.
