Necesitan un mejor servicio de atención al cliente

El hotel es estéticamente muy bonito y cuenta con una ubicación excelente, cercano a restaurantes y a la zona más activa de Asunción, lo que resulta muy conveniente para quienes desean salir a cenar o pasear. La habitación se encontraba en impecables condiciones de limpieza y presentación. Asimismo, el servicio a la habitación fue muy bueno y el desayuno ofrecía productos de buena calidad y en cantidades adecuadas.

Cons:

Tuvimos algunos inconvenientes durante la estadía. La puerta de la ducha del baño no funcionaba correctamente, ya que no estaba bien nivelada y se abría de forma constante. Además, el mismo día de nuestra reserva se realizó un evento privado en el hotel. Si bien fuimos notificados a través de Booking, al comunicarnos con el establecimiento para consultar qué fechas tenían disponibles sin eventos nocturnos, nos indicaron que debíamos gestionarlo por nuestra cuenta por haber realizado la reserva mediante la plataforma, por lo que no pudimos modificar nuestra estadía. Como consecuencia, no logramos disfrutar de la piscina, que era uno de los principales motivos por los cuales habíamos elegido este hotel. Como gesto de compensación, inicialmente nos ofrecieron realizar el check-out a las 12:00 del mediodía; sin embargo, a las 10:50 recibimos una llamada solicitándonos desocupar la habitación a las 11:00, informándonos que no podrían respetar lo acordado. En términos generales, el hotel es agradable y confortable, pero estos detalles impactaron negativamente en nuestra experiencia.

Un hotel romántico para disfrutar en pareja

Sin lugar a dudas lo mejor es el estilo y buen gusto de su decoración

- Muy pobre las opciones sin Tacc en el desayuno

Highly recommended place to stay
Pros:

This was a very comfortable and interesting hotel, mixing old style luxury and modern. The evening meal and breakfast were delicious. Staff were all friendly and helpful. By far the best place we stayed in Asuncion. Will be returning later this year.

A great hotel find and in a great location!
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and felt like an authentic factory from the last century, The location was very close to stores, coffee shops, and drinking locations.

Cons:

Shower floor was a bit slippery, and I would recommend grab bars or add strips. My only complaint was more about Asuncion, and the general lack of trash cans in the city and sidewalks which are often in disrepair. Up the street people seemed to leave trash and beer cans everywhere. While this is not a complaint about the hotel, I hope they can apply pressure to improve cleanliness in the city and improve walkability, which will increase tourism.

Kdyby hotel byl v Evropě jezdila bych sem každý měsíc.

Industriální styl v kombinaci s koloniálním interiérem je prostě pecka.

Um paraíso em Assunção, daqueles que não dá vontade de ir embora nunca.

Café da manhã com opção para celíacos!!!!!!!! Completo e muito bom.
Quarto enorme, sempre muito cheiroso e limpo, cama deliciosa, chuveiro maravilhoso. Atmosfera agradável e acolhedora. Decoração muito diferente e graciosa. Atendimento cordial.
Localizado em rua tranquila, praticamente sem barulho.
O escritório com mesa de xadrez é lindo. E a playlist que toca pelo hotel é de muito bom gosto.
Não queria ir embora. Queria morar nesse hotel.
Em qualquer outra cidade se pagaria no mínimo o dobro por essa qualidade de serviços. Vale muito a pena a estadia!

Ein echtes Juwel in der Hotellandschaft von Asunción

Ruhiges, stilvolles Ambiente. Frühstück wird auf einem Tablett individuell für jeden Gast serviert. Riesiges Badezimmer und sehr gute Betten. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Shopping-Möglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Dass ich keine Anschlussnacht buchen konnte, da das Hotel (das wesentlich weniger Zimmer hat als man auf den ersten Blick denken würde) ausgebucht war. Dusche könnte stärkeren Wasserstrahl vertragen.

Lohnt sich auf jeden Fall!!!
Pros:

Zum Abschluss unseres 3-wöchigen Urlaubs wollten wir uns noch eine außergewöhnliche Übernachtung gönnen. Das Factoria Hotel hat die Erwartungen weit übertroffen. 3 Minuten entfernt liegt das Acá Café, das auf jeden Fall auch ein Besuch wert ist.
