A very nice and pleasant experience
Only a few of the staff can speak English, but they are very helpful.

Very good value and adjacent to an excellent mall.
Pros:

The only disappointment was that the air conditioning wasn't functioning yet for late April...it was +33 C...aagghh! However, I will likely book this hotel again if I'm in the area.

Room Air Conditioner was not working.
Pros:

Room A/C was not working. Staff said to open window. 26.5ºC (80ºF) inside the room. I was told they turn A/C on in May. Trying to communicate with hotel staff was a big problem. I have been in small villages in China where hotel staff spoke better, if not perfect English. You would think that in a city of 7.2 million people the hotel owner would be able to find better staff.

Nothing special about this hotel.
Pros:

For a foreigner, this is not the hotel you would expect. People do not try to please you, they just want to follow the shortest way possible to address your questions or concerns without trying to please you.
Also, the breakfast is suited for locals and not for people from other countries. Of course, I did not see a lot of people from other countries.

비지니스 여행을 위한 2박 숙박 후기
Pros:

출장시 Lake View를 예약해서 2일간 사용했습니다.
호수 옆에 위치한 이 호텔은, 야간에 호수 야경이 참 아름답고,
백화점?이 바로 옆에 붙어 있어서 선물등을 살 때나 식사 등을 할 때 유리했습니다..
공단에서 가깝기도 하구요.
또 8층에 위치한 수영장 이용해 보시면 참 좋을 것 같습니다. 잘 되어 있습니다.
제가 갔을 때는 다른 사용하는 사람이 없어서 저 혼자 넓은 수영장을 사용했습니다.

다만 아침 식사는 다른 여타 중국 호텔에 비해서 뛰어난 편은 아닙니다.
가짓수도 많고, 넓은데 실제 먹을 만한 것은 많지 않았습니다.
그리고 주변에 다른 상가 건물들은 없습니다.
호텔/백화점/호수 이렇게만 있다고 생각하시면 될 것 같습니다.
