Basic required facilities, good wifi

Cons:

Had taken 2 rooms. One of the room AC was unusable as making too much noise. Staying here an absolute nogo as very unclean. The bedsheets were unclean several traces of hair found. Wanted to have a shower but the washroom shower was rusted and appeared greenish either due to rust or algae so having a bath ruled out.
