Lo mejor es el personal, especialmente Jessica, siempre atenta y dispuesta a colaborar.
Las instalaciones son antiguas pero suficientes.
La situación no es centrica, pero en 10 minutos caminando llegas al centro.
Buen desayuno.
Deberían mejorar el ruido y las vibraciones que generan los aparatos de aire acondicionado por la noche, son muy molestos.

The staff was super friendly and always ready to help you with anything.
The location was super nice and convenient, on a walking distance from all main things to see in Luang Prabang.
The room was cosy and quiet.
Quiet location by Wat Makmo within 10 minutes walk of centre. Lovely staff, we were looked after by Jessica who organised a motorbike and train ticket.
Aircon in the room was a little noisy but not unbearable.
Staff was wonderful and it has everything you need. Breakfast was simple but good.
The building is a little old, but nothing too bad.

Everything is clean. The service is above and beyond genuinely! The owners of the hotel are super friendly and helped us organise everything we needed from bike rental to taxi services and even gave us a full recommendation list of the town!!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, made especially memorable by the exceptional hospitality of Jessica. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel genuinely welcome by offering a cold beverage and clearly explaining all the important details about my stay. She even provided a city map with the layout marked and personally highlighted must-visit attractions and recommended eateries. The food spots she suggested were absolutely fantastic and truly elevated my trip.
The room was comfortable and peaceful, with no noise at night, allowing me to enjoy a restful and uninterrupted sleep. The breakfast in the morning was also satisfying — I particularly enjoyed the scrambled eggs with sausage, which were well-prepared and delicious.
The rest of the staff were equally polite and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. A special mention to Steve, who kindly helped arrange transportation to the station during my checkout, making my departure smooth and stress-free.
Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality.
