Komme nach Budapest gerne wieder, bin aber nicht sicher ob ich bei diesem Hotel wieder buchen werde.

Cons:

Raum hatte kein Fenster, deswegen war es bisschen Problem mit lüften, Raum nicht wie derjenige der auf den Bilder beim Buchung gezeigt wurde, Kellner hat uns beim Frühstück garnicht erklärt was inclusive ist deshalb waren wir beim frühstücken ziemlich hungrig danach, was aber aufm Bilder in Booking ganz anders aussieht.

Characterful boutique hotel in an excellent location close to Buda Castle, Matthias Church and the Fisherman's Bastion.

Cons:

A few problems to start with. Room wasn't serviced after the first night, safe didn't have batteries and radio didn't work. Problems were rectified but only after asking twice. They did offer to void the cost of one of our meals and give us a complimentary breakfast but the final bill didn't reflect this and we had to have it revised.

Precioso hotel en el mejor lugar de Buda
Pros:

La localización es inmejorable. Hotel con mucho encanto y confortable, sensación de hogar desde que entras por la puerta. La habitación limpia y con todo lo necesario. Personal atento y amable.

Cons:

No nos explicaron bien lo que incluía el desayuno el primer día. Nos dijeron que incluía 1 sólo café y zumo y al día siguiente nos dijeron que eran ilimitados.

Localizarlos en caso de emergencia (fuera del horario de recepción) no es fácil, el teléfono que proporcionan no tiene whattapp y no hay instrucciones de cómo llamar desde el teléfono de la habitación. Tuvimos un problema porque los restaurantes de la zona cerraron antes de tiempo por poca afluencia de turistas y no pudimos cenar. Quisimos llamar al hotel para que nos dieran su recomendación en ese caso.
