כלום. לא שהינו כאן לצערינו.
הזמנו לכאן לינה שבועיים מראש בגלל חג הטט, קיבלנו אישור הזמנה, אף אחד לא יצר איתנו קשר לגבי מקדמה ולא שלחו הודעות, ידענו שצריך להזמין מראש כדי שלא ניתקע בלי מקום לינה בחג. כשהגיע התאריך לצ׳ק אין בשעה 11:30 קיבלנו הודעה שההזמנה שלנו מבוטלת 😡 לא הבנו למה, הזמנו מספיק זמן מראש עם אישור הזמנה והכל. ראינו שעדיין יש זמינות בבוקינג אז הזמנו שוב את אותו החדר, אך דקה לאחר מכן הם שלחו לנו הודעה ״היי אין לנו חדרים תבטלו בבקשה את ההזמנה״. מאוד מעצבן ולא מקצועי! נשארנו בסוף בערב חג לחפש איפה לישון.
The bed was comfy, the balcony had a nice view of palm trees. It had good lighting. It was nice and quiet. The staff helped us book a scooter and a bus out. It is a good location but quite a long walk to old town in the heat. The staff was friendly.
The building is a bit outdated. shower wouldn't drain too well. The towels had stains on them, so we used our own. The balcony door wouldn't shut well as it is rusted. I didn't learn until last day that there was a water fill up station , which would have been convenient since most places offer water to drink and brush teeth with. The staff was a bit pushy with trying to sell anything. They sit you down like an interview when you get there , when you just want to check in and shower. Some people may find it helpful.
Super schöne Unterkunft, großes Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist super ausgestattet, mit einem Kühlschrank, einem Schminktisch mit Spiegel, einem Tisch mit zwei Stühlen und einem Kühlschrank. Das Bad ist groß und alles ist sehr sauber. Das Personal ist mehr als freundlich und beantwortet einem jede Frage und hilft bei Organisation von Taxi-Fahrten und beim Rollerverleih. Unten gibt es ein tolles Wohnzimmer und auf Wunsch leckeres Frühstück mit gratis Tee.
Es ist ein wenig hellhörig aber uns hat das nicht gestört, da alle Gäste leise waren.

Everything was fine
The staff was very very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast a lot. The room was big and they have a pool! Just the bedsheets and pillows had a little smell but nothing that disturbed too much. We could rent bicycle and they organised our transfer to the next town. We would come back next time!
La atención del personal. Thuong nos indicó lugares de interés donde ir. Nos sacó entradas para un espectáculo maravilloso, nos reservó moto y siempre respondía al WhatsApp.

Había muchos mosquitos que hicieron que estuviera incomoda, ya que me picaron bastante.
La distancia al centro es de veinte minutos andando.
Sólo tenían una bicicleta para dejar pero se ofrecieron a pedirnos una de alquiler.
El desayuno un poco escaso y caro.
La struttura è molto pulita e accogliente!
A piedi sono circa 20 minuti per l'Old Town di Hoi An, ma è molto semplice prenotare un Grab.
Silenzio e letti estremamente comodi.
Il personale è molto disponibile per ogni bisogno, basta saper chiedere!

We had a wonderful stay at Rural Scene Villa! The team there was excellent, and we felt very well looked after by them. They were always kind and helpful whenever we had a question or needed help to book something in the area. Thương also provided us with local recommendations and got to know our interests so she could recommend tours and experiences to us that we would enjoy. We will never forget our time there. Thank you so much!
After a few weeks there was a lot of mosquitoes in the building. I'm more allergic to bites than most people, so this proved difficult for us to manage. This might be avoided by closing doors and windows earlier in the evening.
A really lovely hotel with spacious rooms and very friendly staff. They gave us great recommendations on what to see and do. We rented bikes through the hotel and explored the city that way, which was perfect.
The location is great, within walking distance of restaurants, and there’s a shop right across the street. The Old Town is a bit further away, but easy to reach by walking or cycling. Highly recommended!
