Best Suite Hotel

空港から近いので移動は楽だけどそれだけ。
室内の設備は古く、修理されていない。
最悪なのはシャワーで3階に泊まったが、水が
溢れる程度にしか出ない。
スタッフは愛想良かったが、私は二度と泊まらない。

I liked it because of the location, very convenient to stores i wanted to go. I don't like to bath towels were like mop for the floors, but smells clean and good. Cockroach greets us when opening the door. Carpet floors were full of stains.

직원들 친절한 편입니다 와이파이는 호텔 로비만 가능하고 방에서는 안됩니다
편의 시설 없고 조식 물론 안되고 로비에 한국자판기(티타임) 있는데 구동전 5페소로 이용 가능합니다 신동전은 그냥 먹어버리니 주의하세요
참고로 단맛이 심해서 비추
방에선 과자 부스러기 같은건 치워주세요
개미 출현합니다 또 방음이... 소리가 들려요...
주변에 쇼핑몰(현지인들 생각이고 그냥 낡은 상가)과 식당 상가, 편의점 있어요 한국 음식점도 있음
길거리 가볍게 맥주 마시고, 시내구경하기 좋은곳이고 가격 부담없이 1박 정도 지낸다면 추천합니다

Room was not clean, there was hair and dust on most of the surfaces. The bedsheets had holes and stains. The air conditioning unit was loud and ineffective. The only advantage to this place was its location close to the airport.

The room is a little bit small because if you put extra bed on it you can’t even moved properly and one more thing they don’t have free transport to airport.

No Wifi available on rooms

Hotel is old and the lady in the front desk doesn't know what she's doing. They should give their employees more training so that they can provide an excellent customer service! Hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to the mall and close to the airport. No restaurant in the hotel and I am not happy with the room they gave us.

Perfect place to sleep for the night. Basic, but close to airport.

T'was an amazing stay over all. Though the hotel is right next to a busy hiway , had a great sleep. Spotless bathroom... Even extended my stay... Restaurants are minutes away... 👍👍👍

台風の影響で飛行機が15時間遅れて離陸することになり
急遽空港近くのホテルをエクスペディアで予約しました。
10分後にフロントに着きましたが、スムーズにチェックインできました。大通りに面したホテルですが、眠れないほどの騒音ではなくゆっくり休めました。翌日も早朝出発の際、ホテル前ですぐにタクシーを止めてくれ、空港まで数分で到着できました。

the beds are like rocks and the pillows arethe same the ac is real noisy it just is not the place to stay

I just jope that next time.i can chexk in early especially if my flight is very early also since i may book again my stay next time.

it was good though you have to go downstairs in lobby to use internet...would have been better if they have internet connection in room...staff are awesome :)

We were booked into this hotel using the website hotels.com but sadly our booking was not recognised by the hotel, we were booked already but they say the rooms are already filled. we already have the confirmation number the price and we paid everything already. but still they didnt manage to get us a room. and they have not got us a room and better yet said to look elsewhere..? jeez. . hotels.com hope you can do something about this kind of service to the said hotel. worst hotel you can find in cebu.
