I was really disappointed as I was banking on this residence to enjoy and explore Gaborone

We went there to pay for our confirmed booking and the staff was so rude to us we left

Breakfast was terrible, missing items like butter, jam, white bread. Hot food items were cold and served from tge kitchen versus buffet style which was advertised.

Just ok!!
Pros:

It is convenient, closer to the main road and a shopping centre.

Cons:

I did not like being charged an extra R400 plus for our reservation since the total price was confirmed on Booking.com. and no manager was there to assist at the reception to resolve the problem.

Friendly staff!!
Wi-Fi connection...., coming from SA, our major cellphone networks dont have coverage over there, so provision of Wi-Fi was a huge relief!
Proximity to small shopping mall, and major road!
