Great hotel with fantastic staff
Pros:

Third time staying at this hotel, there is nothing at all to complain about. Good location and food is excellent but the staff are what makes it really stand out for us, they honestly can’t do enough for you and are so friendly and efficient. We stayed in a sea view room with balcony, very comfortable and clean, with all facilities you’d expect, fridge, tea and coffee, toiletries, good tv, robes etc. worth every penny. Great walks nearby with amazing views. Definitely recommend.

Last minute stopover
Pros:

Decided to stay one night on way back from Ireland. Arrived late evening. Lovely and quiet. Night manager Sam was very helpful and accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Made to feel very welcome. Morning staff also professional and friendly. Stones throw from the bay. Would definitely stay here again if on Anglesey.

Terrific Trearddur
Pros:

This hotel overlooks the sea front and they offer dog friendly rooms as well as non dog rooms. They have a large variety of rooms with different views and cater to all requests. The reception/reservation team are very familiar with the hotel and also give tips on where to go around the island. Upon arrival they do have a porter service if you need it and you are made to feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Both restaurants are superb, the first night we tried the mussels which were divine. The finer dining restaurant was quiet and is nicely laid out for privacy. The second night we had a Sunday roast which was delicious, this was in the pub type bar on the other side of the hotel. Breakfast is also a lavish affair with plenty of choice. The hotel also caters to dietary requirements if requested in advance. You get to see stunning sunrises every morning and the beach is a 1 minute stroll across the road. The pool is indoor and warm, it has changing facilities and is clean. The hotel offers towels for pool use. Overall this is a well run hotel with passionate staff and a stunning location.

We will be back soon
Pros:

Just returning from a lovely stay at the Treardurr Bay Hotel. Had a deluxe room which was lovely and spacious with 2 seats by the window overlooking the sea. All the staff were helpful, polite and friendly particularly Dave in the restaurant. We will be back with the family for another visit.

Two day stay
Pros:

Lovely area, great hotel. Food pretty good. Drinks overpriced, as they are in many places. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Great to see Melanie again, she's been there many years, I'd love her to work for me!

Ok
Pros:

Staff were professional and courteous, shower was tepid and slow. The room was ready 2 hours earlier than stated, which raised my suspicions. The bed had sand in it, the bathroom had mould on the ceiling. The radiator in the room was only hot at the top. Excellent hotel if you have dogs

Missing the wow factor
Pros:

Amazing views, location and breakfast. Reception staff ok, restaurant and bar staff very friendly. Room basic, again amazing view saving it. No interest or information for electric car charging despite emails prior to stay. Frustratingly 2 other guests stayed plugged in for 24hrs so we couldn't charge. Attended a wedding. Function room and entrance struffy and cold. Some parts really good, some not good, just lacking wow factor

Lovely Christmas Day lunch
Pros:

Me and the family spent Christmas Day for lunch in the Inn. From booking to the main event, communication and service was really excellent. The food was delicious, and again the service went above and beyond, and we had a lovely day. Thank you to all the staff, you really made the day special.

Excellent stay for 3 night Christmas package
Pros:

We had a wonderful Christmas break here, booking the 3 night stay with food included and had the most wonderful time. The food was very good and plentiful, Christmas lunch in particular was very well cooked and delicious. We stayed in a deluxe room with sea view and balcony which was very comfortable, warm and well equipped, only slight criticism would be the bathroom smelt a bit damp and could have been cleaner. The bed is huge and very comfortable and the view from the room was lovely especially as we had wall to wall sunshine for the stay. The staff were extremely friendly ensuring you were happy with everything and always greeting you with a smile 😊. This package was excellent value for money with the food included and the restaurant, bar areas etc are very nice and comfortable,. The area is beautiful with lots of little coves for exploring. We had the best Christmas with all the stress taken out of it. Thank you all for ensuring we had a great stay. We were ready to book again for next year but unfortunately only a 4 night stay is being offered which we cannot do due to work commitments which is sad as we had such a relaxing time. I would highly recommend 😊

Horrible Welsh Experience
Pros:

My wife and I decided to go to N Wales for Christmas and to have Christmas lunch at the InnattheBay at the Trearddur Bay hotel. A fixed price of £98 each was charged in advance, for 3 courses without drinks. For this we were promised a great meal, a full dining room and Christmas party atmosphere. Nothing could be further from our experience. The dining room was half full at best, most people were very informally dressed and the food was ordinary in the extreme - frozen prawn cocktail, a mountainous pile of overcooked turkey and far too many vegetables, all drowned, then an anemic cheesecake that tasted of nothing. We had to pay for a cider and glass of wine on top, to add insult to injury. £98 a head was at least 50% too high to charge for this very ordinary fare. I should add that the staff were all friendly and charming, and not at all to be blamed for our experience. I have a sneaking feeling that we were among very few who paid this astronomical price in advance, a serious con trick bearing in mind the very ordinary food on offer. The hotel needs to get a grip on this place which trades independently but is associated with its name - that’s why we chose it.

Gorgeous winter break
Pros:

Another wonderful short stay at the Trearddur Bay Hotel. It’s become our regular favourite hotel and it’s dog friendly so ticks all the boxes for us to get away for a long weekend.

This is a lovely hotel , an older building which added to its charm . Room was very comfortable and well serviced .
Pros:

A lovely hotel , in a beautiful setting , with easy access to beaches and visitor attractions in and around the area .
The Hotel itself is not over modernised which added to its charm and welcoming atmosphere . Staff will take your bags to your room if needed .
Rooms are comfortable and spotless , we had a brilliant sea view with balcony . The fridge was a useful addition and fresh milk was supplied daily . The Swimming Pool was nice and warm .
We ate in both the Inn at the Bay pub and the restaurant and the Food was excellent each time .
Staff at the Hotel provided an unfailingly friendly , helpful , polite , and professional service .
This went toward making our stay so enjoyable.
We will look forward to visiting again .
