This was a pleasant surprise for us. The room was spacious and nicely renovated. The house is pretty full with flowers. The breakfast was served to us formally. All in all it was a great experience. We enjoyed it very much.

Amazing hotel and restaurant
Pros:

I don’t usually leave reviews but this hotel was so incredible that I want to! The restaurant, for dinner, was some of the best food I’ve eaten in my life. The owners are so engaged and wonderful. The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and with the most amazing shower! Plus, I’m so glad we stayed in Grachen over Zermatt. The town was a beautiful quiet village compared to Zermatt which felt really hectic and crowded. I really hope to end up back here in the future!

Excellent Stay
Pros:

Very friendly and flexible staff, amazing food and wine selection. We good a full apartment with all facilities... sad we had a tight vacation schedule and we couldn't stay longer... definitely a comeback option.
