Pros:

The breakfast was very good. Shout out to Mrs./MS Catherine for preparing and maintain the breakfast buffet.

Pleasant stay at a convenient hotel
Pros:

I was allocated the room I wanted (prior request).

Cons:

Nothing - the hotel could make clearer where to meet the shuttle on arrival at CLT maybe.
