Pros:

Relativ ruhig gelegen, Bushaltestelle nicht weit entfernt.
Späte Anreise ist sehr gut möglich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet und das Bett war bequem.

Für das selbe Geld, gern auch wonders
Pros:

Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig

Cons:

Beim Bett fehlte eine Sprosse vom Lattenrost, Edwards’s also ein schwerer Ungenuss darauf zu schlafen.
Der Balkon ist schwer sanierungsbedürftig, die Bodendielen zerfallen und die Schrauben stehen raus, es besteht Verletzungsgefahr. An der Brüstung fehlte ein Brett, da könnte ein Kind leicht durchfallen, der Spalt war ca. 40cm groß.

Die Parkgarage ist brutal eng und hat eine recht grindige Ausfahrt, ohne Unterstützung beim ausparken wird’s schwierig.

Zu allem Genuss war das Klo verdreckt.

Bei weiteren Fragen übersende ich gern Bilder und Videos von den Mängeln.

Als ich die Hotelleitung darauf hingewiesen habe reagierte man sehr stumpf ein Entgegenkommen gibt es da nicht.

Cons:

Die Toilette war voll mit Kot vom Vorgänger.
Nicht alle Lampen gingen an.
Die Betten waren extrem unbequem.
