Amazing
Nothing as they under renovation
I booked my Gf in for a stay previously in the junior suit and she loved it. Friendly staff and nice room.
I booked her in for 3 nights in the Deluxe Suit because she enjoyed the junior suit and it was a very disappointing experience considering the very high price
The Wi-Fi did not work on my partner’s phone for the entire visit, even though internet is advertised as included, which meant she had to purchase mobile data just to stay connected. The bedroom lights were also constantly flickering, which made the room feel poorly maintained.
Another issue was that there were people sitting on plastic chairs directly outside the room in the hallway, as a political figure was staying on the same floor. This meant she had to squeeze past them whenever entering or leaving the room, which felt intrusive and uncomfortable.
On the final morning, guests on the floor were required to use the staff/service lift because the main lift was reserved for that guest, which was very disappointing. While security arrangements are understandable, other paying guests should not be inconvenienced because of them.
Overall, the stay did not meet expectations. I would appreciate it if hotel management could contact me via email to address these concerns.
