Pros:

Beautiful place and very clean, was absolutely happy.

A very good venue if attending a show, to stay and relax afterwards

Cons:

The bar was not welcoming at all with no one serving there after we had attended the barnyard show and wanted a drink at the hotel bar. Someone came to serve us after awhile but very quiet area with no appeal

An exceptional stay with outstanding service, friendly staff and thoughtful attention to detail.
Pros:

We recently stayed at this hotel, and despite it being fully booked, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

When we checked in at 14:00, there were no non-smoking rooms available, which was our preference. The room we were allocated had previously been used as a smoking room, so housekeeping immediately sprayed it to help remove the smell. At around 18:00, reception kindly informed us that a non-smoking room had become available. By then, however, we had already unpacked and decided to remain in our original room. The staff even sprayed the room a second time to further reduce the smoke smell, which we really appreciated.

The service throughout our stay was exceptional. We requested wake-up calls and received them promptly. They even called a second time to make sure we were actually awake! We also requested an extra blanket, which was delivered immediately.

The reception staff, porters and housekeeping team were all incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. They genuinely made us feel like part of the family, and their hospitality was one of the highlights of our stay.

Although we didn't dine at the hotel because the restaurant was fully booked, it was very convenient to access the adjacent casino via a covered passage, where we enjoyed our meals.

The room was spotless, the linen was crisp and clean, and the pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, allowing us to walk to most places we wanted to visit.

Overall, we had an absolutely wonderful stay. The outstanding customer service, comfortable accommodation, and convenient location made for a fantastic experience. We were genuinely sad to leave and would not hesitate to here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Cons:

If I had one very minor suggestion, it would be that the air conditioning in the room and the passageways could be set just a little warmer. That said, my husband was perfectly comfortable with the temperature, so it's very much a personal preference.
