This hotel lacks all hygiene, maintenance and service structures for a hotel. 0 stars!!!
Pros:

I liked absolutely nothing. Horrible, over priced hotel. Definitely the worst I’ve been to in my life- and I am a frequent traveller!

Cons:

OVERPRICED- SPARCE and very limited breakfast. Rooms small and SMELLY!!! The whole hotel on EVERY floor smells like cigarettes- even in non smoking. Bedding is a joke- they don’t have inners in the duvet covers, the aircon has only COLD temperature options and when asked they said it’s because we are in Durban- imagine in THIS climate change and This cold that has hit SA. It is WINTER. That’s pathetic. Staff never really knows what’s going on either. Walls are thin- neighbours fighting at night and throwing things around made it unbearable. Cigarette buds also in the lift- people smoke anywhere INSIDE this hotel. The beds are hard as hell. Rooms not maintained- smelly carpet, dirty cushions, dirty water, half clean showers. Just sies man. Listen- this place is the worst! It is a SCAM. I regretted every bit of my stay and wasted a lot of money. Save your time and money and take it elsewhere but not here

On the night I arrived, Durban was so cold and I was told the building has no heating system, only cooling. I had to request for extra blankets, and the rooms are too small
