Not worth the money at all! I could have stayed in a 5 star hotel for this price.

Staff weren’t friendly. They made a big noise in the passages of the hotel in the morning (8am) waking me up. I ordered room service which was brought in cold but the guy delivering was so grumpy I didn’t want to ask him to take it back.

Ontbijt was prachtig en lekker. De ligging van het hotel was op een steenworp vanaf de zee.

Cons:

Het hotel is van buiten prachtig, maar de kamers zijn slecht. In de kamer waar wij eerst kwamen zat er schimmel in de badkamer. We zijn verhuist en in de tweede kamer waren de voegen op lichaamshoogte allemaal vies met diepe aanslag. Onderhoud van de kamer zou goed zijn voor een 3 sterren hotel, maar hier verwacht ik beter voor de 5 sterren en de prijs die we betaalden. Zwembad zag er goed uit maar na 13h geen zon meer vanwege de ligging op het zuiden. We hadden ¨Fast Internet¨ bij de kamer, echter bleek die geknepen op 4Mb up en 4Mb down. Op beide kamers waar wij gezeten hebben was er 1 klein flesje shampoo en op de eerste kamer was deze zelfs nog maar halfvol (dus al eerder gebruikt)

The safe was the best

Cons:

We choose Al Carte Menu at Jeera , we had to wait to be seated after 6 and with a kid that is too late for supper.
We only got seated after 630 and our food took too long to arrive.
It was my child's pre birthday celebration so he was very tired , restless and hungry by the time supper arrived.
He did not like the chicken strips either and we paid R100 for a bronwie.
