I recently stayed at Hyatt Rio Preto , and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I noticed the bathroom walls were dirty, which was quite off-putting. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and it was disappointing to see such neglect in an otherwise decent establishment.
Moreover, the staff attitude left a lot to be desired. Some employees were quite rude and seemed to have an unwelcoming demeanor, which made the overall experience uncomfortable. Customer service should be a priority, and it felt like my concerns were more of an annoyance than anything else.
To make matters worse, I accidentally left my glasses behind after checking out. I expected the hotel to reach out and notify me about my forgotten belongings, but to my surprise, I had to track them down myself. When I called to inquire, the girl on the phone was dismissive and unhelpful. Not only did it take her a while to locate my reservation, but she also seemed frustrated with my questions. I believe it’s common courtesy for a hotel to inform guests when they leave personal items behind, especially when they have them in their possession.
Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend Hyatt Rio Preto based on cleanliness issues, poor customer service, and lack of proactive communication. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes necessary improvements for future guests.

Tem uma questão que para mim que tenho mobilidade reduzida foi muito ruim. Tinha um evento no hotel e estacionar se tornou um desafio. Paramos muito longe depois de muita procura. Deveria ter um cone, algo que reservasse as vagas do hotel. Outro ponto a acrescentar é que parece que o hotel não mantem o cadastro dos hóspedes, é a quarta vez que me hospedo e mesmo assim o checkin é bem demorado.
