Homebound at Sea Residences Serviced Apartments

Excellent place, and especially the very best assistance by the staff.

Kitchen utensils were worn out. Microwave is not working. Blanket was smelly and I have to buy a new one for us to use. Washroom corners have molds already and not properly cleaned.

Just repair those small damage like the tiles, have free transport service within the area.

We like that it’s close to the mall with lots of restaurants in the area.
That bad part
It said we had free swimming but we had to pay 150. A day.
It said we had a washer/dryer , yes we had it but it wasn’t working!
It said we had a bidet , no bidet we had to use a bucket .
For the amount of money I paid , from now on I’ll stay else where

This is a private small apartment/studio in a block of many, nice out look over pools from balcony. The studio apartment we stayed in was worn well used, was not serviced the 7 nights we were their. Their was no washing machine in this unit, we had towels and bed sheets washed at our cost using laundry across road. Over priced for what it is. Won’t stay again.

I like the quick response from the owner or staff on the nextday, but on the first day i was confused in what building do i need to go, the staff (guards) they confused me, and the thing is there’s no any contact number for me to get in touch with the owner... and the kitchen utensils are not properly fixed compared to the other units that i stayed but all in all it was a good stay tho,,.

I was told that i would be in Sea residences A, but was given a unit in B unit 840. This unit has small numerous cockroaches. I bought and finished spraying a total number of 3 Baygon cans to kill the cockroaches. I was dying at the last minute, I had to check out early. The staff of Sea Residences were the best. It was not their fault that this unit I stayed in was not properly managed, not cleaned well, and was not taken cared of well. The toilet did not flush and was blames that I had used one tissue paper that it clogged. But reading to prior comments, the toilet in this unit had clogged previously.

The place to small, dirty especially washroom, old furnitures, the shower not working properly and clogged!!!!! Smell terrible, bed are not comfortable. I should book a hotel not like this. Wasted money $70

I was extremely happy with the accomadations. It was exactly as stated. Considering the amenities the price was good. Plenty of room to relax. Good Aircon. Wi-Fi was excellent. Having a washing machine was nice. Being able to do laundry in the condo was great. Flat screen TV. Nice being able to cook in the room. The swimming pools looked great wish I had more time to take advantage of using them. Great location. Only a short walk to SM Mall of Asia. Easy transportation to the airport. Plenty of taxies available.
I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Manila.

This is a nice place to stay and it is away from the busiest parts of Manila. I highly recommend it.

I love the 6 swimming pools! I enjoyed the location of this hotel! Convenient to Mall of Asia, public transportation, City of Dreams, Most restaurants, Seaside etc.

Very enjoyable experience. Resident staff was friendly and pleasantly accommodating for our late check-in.

Good/pleasant. Could be better if condo owner provided few basic necessities (like the other owners. Note: This is our 5th stay at Sea Residences, other units though).

The apartment is in a good location close to the mall of Asia with convenience stores and taxis close by. Staff looking after the apartment are helpful. You can swim in the pool for an extra 150 pesos per person per swim.

However, this apartment is very tired, it was clean but had been so heavily used it felt slightly grubby. It needs renovating (for example the paint on the wall behind the sofa bed was completely worn away in one area, the sofa bed had a throw over it because the seat was badly torn and painted areas show that many, many hands have touched them
There is no attention to small things like there is only 1 mug in the cupboard.

It could be really nice but the owner needs to renovate it. It didn't bother us as we were out most of the time but if you are planning to spend much time in then you may be disappointed.
