Great day, friendly stuff beautiful country
Pros:

Good property the staff were great. There was a few little hiccoughs with some of the discounts and wording that they had but all in all they’re doing their best.

Pros:

24/7 reception, staff were so friendly and helpful, room was very clean and bug free (didn’t see a single mosquito for 4 weeks but it may be because we were on the 6th floor. Towels felt very fresh and clean, room always smelt so lovely after room cleaning and had fresh water every day. We walked a lot into the town and also TukTuk’d for journeys further away like the Grand Palace - it’s about $1 for a 10 minute ride on Grab so not a problem that this hotel isn’t exactly central to everything.

Cons:

Pool area felt a little neglected - some of the tiles are missing and the stairs from floor 6 to the rooftop were very dusty.
