Showers 🚿 were ok. Shower head wasn't adjustable and sprayed horizontally at around 1.8 meters straight into my face.

Lovely staff, excellent location.
Pros:

The staff were absolutely wonderful, so friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable with good air con and a nice balcony, and a decent shower. Excellent location near Bassac Lane and only a couple of blocks from a decent supermarket.

Cons:

There was an occasional bad smell from the bathroom pipes but the door could be closed fully to block that off.

Pros:

Отличные завтраки.
Уеденный бассейн на крыше.
Есть балкон и огромная ванна.
Удобная кровать.
Холодильник и чайник в номере также имеются.
Питьевую воду набирали в обеденном зале в фильтре (важная поправка, так как на воде в Камбодже можно разориться 😂)

A great place to stay which could be amazing once their investment and refurbishment is complete
Pros:

Monsoon Bassac is great:
- The staff are really friendly and helpful
- The rooms are spacious
- It's not too noisy
- The WiFi is generally reliable
- The location is great
- The breakfast is decent

Generally, a really good stay

Cons:

I understand they are currently renovating and investing in the hotel, so there is an excuse, but:

- The rooms need re-painting
- I stayed in two different rooms and the sink leaked in both
- The rooftop pool and bar were closed
- Despite having a 'do not disturb' sign, my room was accessed while I was out so that the AC could be fixed. I didn't request this and nor was I contacted about it. When they left, they didn't lock the door properly which was really worrying
