El personal de recepción era amable
Era ruidoso y aunque nos cambiaron a una habitación con menos ruido seguía siendo ruidoso. Olía a desagüe. El aire acondicionado goteaba. Del desagua del lavabo también caía agua. Y cuando volvimos el segundo día por la noche, la habitación estaba como la habíamos dejado por la mañana, con la cama sin hacer, sin limpiar y sin cambiar toallas. Y todo esto siendo la habitación reservada una habitación deluxe en un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Nada que ver con el resto de hoteles en los que nos hemos alojado.

L'emplacement est ok, il faudra pendre un tuktuk au pire pour rejoindre Riverside si on ne veut pas marcher 15min
Le personnel n'est pas assez réactif, il y'a du bruit dans les couloirs, des hommes à l'hygiène douteuse qui semble être bagarreur viennent avec des prostitués à 5h du matin qui crient dans les couleurs et l'hôtel les acceptent, je trouve ça honteux, les gens dorment à 5h du mat, il y'a un sentiment d'insécurité qui peut régner certains soir..

Egy gyenge szálloda,silány reggelivel,ez inkább a 3* kategória túlárazva, a fürdőszoba küszöb 15cm magad amiben hasra lehet esni,nem odavaló.
The location and breakfast are two high points. A large buffet style breakfast with eggs etc cooked fresh how you like. The location is close to restaurants, bars and the foreshore. Lots of small supermarkets and ATMs are also nearby. The rooms are basic but clean and fresh. The beds and linens are of a good quality and staff are helpful and friendly. Excellent value for money for a cheap hotel.
The rooftop has amazing views but the pool is quite old and very shallow. The decor and deck need updating and no one seems to be manning the bar. But if you want to cool off on a hot day it will do the trick. The shower head was fixed to the wall but if you turn it on it sprays all over the place so you have to unattach it making it quite awkward to shower with it hanging in the bath.
The staff and locatoin are awesome!
The room is nice and super comfortable bed. Great location as it’s near Bassac Lane.
Fiz o check in às 4 horas da manhã após isso me procuraram dentro do quarto já dormindo para eu sair que só deveria entrar às 14 h um absurdo deveria ter avisado quando cheguei! O ar não gela
