Excellent accomodation!
Pros:

The hotel itself was under renovation so I was put in the apartment block next door. It seemed brand new. Everything was fantastic. Large apartment, comfortable bed, quiet an$ extremely clean. Plus factor, only 15 minutes from Cat Bi airport.

Pros:

We stayed 1 night because we had to take an early flight and this hotel is close to the airport. Staff is superfriendly, rooms very spacious and excellent service.

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

Very spacious rooms, comfortable bed, hot tub and spa in general very nice. Room service food was very good and the staff kind and attentive.

Pros:

We stayed here randomly when we were stuck from a typhoon. Had a good wine list

Cons:

Very dated both in decor and amenities. The room was old fashioned and the whole place had a strange vibe.

Pros:

Staff was helpful and place was clean, however it is a very old hotel and felt like we stepped back into the 70’s. There was also no one else there so the lights were turned off in the common areas like the steam room, sauna, and pool.
