Everything is perfect
Pros:

The rooms and staff are wonderful!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Pros:

The hotel was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, they had a pool, great area, lovely owners who even gave us a free upgrade.

The family pre organised the safari for us and it was AMAZING, no messing around. We had our own private driver and jeep as nobody else had booked on, pick up to and from the hotel, plus free bottled water each.

Our driver kasun was amazing we saw absolutely everything a leapord, water buffalo’s, peacocks, iguanas, storks, crocodiles, baby crocs, monkeys and a huge family of elephants babies included. He was very knowledgeable told us about every animal gave us binoculars and he was a very safe and skilled driver.
One of our favourite experiences in Sri Lanka

Pros:

La vista dalla terrazza sui campi, il bagno pulito.

Cons:

Il condizionatore perdeva acqua e funzionava male quindi la stanza era piena di zanzare, la cosa ci ha reso impossibile dormire la notte. Prima di dormire ci siamo accorti che sotto al cuscino c’era una blatta gigante.

Buena estancia cerca de Yala
Pros:

Son muy amables, se preocupan por que estéis como en casa. Las vistas a los campos de arroz son muy bonitas. Y buena ubicación para hacer safari en Yala.

Cons:

Lo único que a nosotros nos tocó una habitación donde el grifo del agua caliente salía muy poca agua. Pero salía agua caliente y puedes ducharte.

Good value and nice hotel/rooms
Pros:

Lovely helpful family. Rooms are big and very clean, amazing value for money. Organised our yala safari for a good price which we really enjoyed. They gave us advice on which bus to get and even took us to the bus station for no charge.

Cons:

Not much directly around the property but only 15 minute walk from centre.

Pros:

We had a nice stay. The owner organized safari for us and it was wonderful. We had an amazing and experienced driver, we got really lucky and saw 3 leopards, 5 elephants, a crocodile, monkeys, buffolos and many more.
The room was nice and clean. We had breakfast and dinner at the property and it was local and tasty.

Plus que parfait, le patron très sympathique et très attentionné 🤗
Il nous a fait des visites merveilleuses et nous a organisé le Safari au départ de l'hôtel où nous avons vu, léopards , buffles, éléphants, crocodiles, aigle.....Il nous a préparé les meilleurs repas du Sri-Lanka 🥰😍 Je recommande vraiment ce logement à l'esprit très familial.
Merci beaucoup c'est un très beau souvenir de ❤🙏

Perfect stay, and had amazing safari organised
Pros:

Nice room with comfy bed and a clean (!) bathroom. Very friendly and helpful owner who organised the Yala jeep safari which turned out to be amazing. I forgot to organise an early morning Tuktuk to the bus station when checking out, so the owner very kindly drive me to it at 5am, which is just so above and beyond expectations. Thank you. I stayed two nights and would highly recommend and would go back any time.

The safari they arranged for me was super nice as the drivers brought us to see the most animals and got use the best spots

Cons:

The additional fee was added to the final bill which is not listed in Booking. I found out after I left the property.
