Loved the hotel room, and the facilities were fantastic. The pool was big and spottlcley clean and big. Staff were helpful and polite.

Clean, well-maintained and very welcoming
Pros:

Stayed for a few nights and really enjoyed it. Great location near the beach and town, the grounds were well maintained and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Excellent value for the price — I’d definitely recommend it.

Cons:

Extremely rude staff! Wasn’t helpful at all! They only offered to keep breakfast aside as we’re going out during the breakfast time, they promised to do so and when returned they said they haven’t kept anything! We didn’t even have breakfast outside expecting to eat at the hotel for what we paid for!

Hadden meer verwacht op basis van de foto’s
Pros:

De ligging is dicht bij het strand en dit is goed te bereiken met de gratis leenfietsen van het hotel. De tuin is erg mooi aangelegd en het zwembad is verwarmt

Cons:

Veel was kapot op de kamer: zo was het bed scheef, werkte een lamp niet, de kussens waren beschimmeld onder de hoes, er was geen sop aanwezig, de douche is open waardoor alles nat wordt, airco lekte en ga zo maar door.

NO RECOMENDABLE!!
Pros:

Lo primero felicitar al fotógrafo que hizo las fotos para publicarlas en Booking, es una máquina de la fotografía y la edición. El personal es amable. Y las zonas exteriores son bonitas aunque poco cuidadas.

Cons:

Seguro que me dejo alguna pero bueno,
1- En la entrada de las habitaciones hay como unas "charcas" que tienen más mier da que el palo de un gallinero, son un criadero de mosquitos.
2 - La puerta de la entrada no cerraba con el golpe, siempre tenías que echar la llave porque si no la puerta se abría.
3 - El suelo de la habitación llena como de arena.
4 - Cristal de la habitación roto.
5 - Sábanas sucias, seguro que las habían lavado, pero no puedes poner sábanas con manchurrones y agujeros.
6 - Las toallas igual que las sábanas, seguramente lavadas, pero con manchas.
7 - No había papel higiénico, lo tuve que pedir.
8 - No hay champú.
9 - No hay secador en la habitación.
10 - El agua de regalo, una botella de cristal rellenada, puedes poner una p... botella de plástico sin abrir que vale 4 duros.
11- La limpieza del baño nula.
12 - La nevera no estaba sucia, estaba lo siguiente.
13- El desayuno es un desastre, todo tiene mala pinta, me pusieron un mantel lleno de manchas y les tuve que decir que me lo cambiaran. Las cucharas de las diferentes comidas intercambiadas, podías echarte mantequilla con curri de la misma cuchara.
14 - La piscina el primer día estaba bien, el segundo tenía como "angelitos" de alguna planta cercana, cosa normal con el aire y la vegetación cercana, pero si sois diez personas trabajando en el hotel (Cómo mínimo), que alguno deje el móvil, se levante y haga algo.

Este hotel está dejado de la mano de dios. Se nota una falta de limpieza y mantenimiento increíble. O el gerente no está allí a diario o no entiendo nada. El hotel tiene un potencial espectacular, pero si siguen con esta dinámica no acabarán bien.

Además si yo hubiera pagado por cada noche 20-25 euros, posiblemente no daría está valoración, pero he pagado 51€. He estado en Sri Lanka en hoteles por menos de 40€ la noche que le dan mil vueltas a este en todos los sentidos.

Después de todo el rollo, obviamente, desaconsejo el hotel.
