Schlechter Manager
Pros:

Als ich ankam, wurde ich direkt genötigt das Zimmer für 2 Tage im voraus zu bezahlen, obwohl ich über booking.com
reserviert hatte und alle angaben bereits gemacht hatte. Da ich Bar bezahlen wollte und ich das Geld im Koffer verschlossen hatte. Stand der Manager neben mir und meinte ich könne erst aufs Zimmer gehen, wenn ich bezahlt hätte. Das geht so nicht, aber ich werde SO keine Drink oder Essen mehr in diesem Haus machen oder noch extra Kosten, da ich nur hier schlafen werde um ihnen keinen Gewinn mehr zu bringen!

Le personnel au top 😊
Pros:

À notre arrivée malheureusement il y avait un problème avec la piscine. Mes filles très dessus…l’hôte nous a offert un verre et nous a trouvé un autre hôtel tout proche avec piscine. Il a appelé un tuktuk et a tout pris en charge ! Une super personne qui a été très pro et généreuse. Un grand merci

Très agréable
Pros:

La chambre spacieuse est confortable. La vue sur le lac est magnifique, et la piscine est vraiment très agréable.

Cons:

Nous avons organisé notre safari avec l’hôtel et il était prévu que nous pouvions bénéficié d’un late check out qui nous a été refusé, c’est dommage. Nous aurions aimé profiter de la piscine après nous être levé à 4h du matin.

Lage war top, Pool war angenehm, Zimmer sauber, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Klimaanlage hat nicht so gut funktioniert, bei 16 Grad nicht richtig kühl geworden und im Bad zwei Fenster nur mit Tüte geschlossen, dadurch immer eine Hitze im Bad.

Pros:

Vi bodde här en natt innan safari. Rummet var väldigt fint och städat. Vi hade utsikt över sjön - jättefint.

De gjorde iordning ”frukost to-go” som vi kunde ta med oss på morgonen eftersom vi åkte så tidigt till Yala. Det var väldigt uppskattat och vi fick mycket mat samt frukt!
Skulle rekommendera att bo här natten innan safari! Det var smidigt.
Vi hade också en otroligt fin solnedgång 🌅

Cons:

- inte så bra AC. Rummet var dock stort och högt i tak, så kan vara pga det. Men vi hade inställt på 16 grader från incheckning (runt 14) tills vi gick å la oss (23) och det var fortfarande inte alls svalt på rummet.
- skållande hett vatten i duschen. Duschen hade varmvatten, men alldeles för hett - så vi fick båda duscha kallt.
- restaurangen. Vi åt även middag på hotellet - överprisat och smakade ganska mediokert. Vi beställde en varsin chicken sandwich med pommes, men pommesen kom ca 15 minuter efter mackorna. Lite oklart.

Très très bon séjour, une adresse que je recommande !
Pros:

L’emplacement dans les rizières, au bord du lac de tissa, à 15 min à pied des restaurants et autres.
La chambre est confortable avec une très belle vue même celle « vue sur piscine », l’eau est chaude (malgré une coupure d’eau en pleine douche lol), la décoration est sympa notamment le hall en plein air. À 10 min à pieds, il y a un endroit en bord de lac où nichent des centaines de chauve-souris, bref il y a de quoi occuper une soirée de balade.
Le personnel est souriant et aimable.
La chambre possède un petit balcon, et gros plus une terrasse commune vraiment bien aménagée où il fait bon vivre. Il y a aussi un billard sur cette terrasse !
Un gros plus pour la literie : le lit est tres confortable et loin des « planches en bois » souvent présents au SL.

Cons:

Rien de particulier, on notera tout de même que les prises et la lampe à côté du lit ne fonctionnaient pas, ce qui n’était pas des plus pratique.
Très bruyant jusque 1 heure du matin mais l’hôtel n’y peut rien vu que ça venait d’une chambre au deuxième étage. Puis bruyant vers le milieu de matinée à cause de travaux 😆 mais de fait, rien de permanent ou dû à de la négligence .
