Pros:

A very lovely themed hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable furnishing. Rooms were well equipped and extremely clean. Kudos to all the staff there because they were extremely helpful and friendly. Location was excellent too- all major attractions in the historic downtown are within walking distance!

Pros:

Las camas comodas, la vista desde mi habitación.. la habitación muy bonita. La televisión con cable. El personal, la limpieza de la habitación. El elevador, la ubicacion a dos sudaderas tienes el zócalo la calle de los dulces el parian

Cons:

El desayuno. Es escaso, para el café no te ofrecen Leche, antes había buffe por eso decidí quedarme ahí. No te ofrecen Tortillas ni pan. Así que te quedas con hambre. Mejor hubiera reservado sin desayuno. El ruido de los autos. Hasta en la.mamdrugada se dejaban de escuchar pero a las 6 ya otra vez.

Great value and location. Highly recommend staying here and would definitely revisit.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Great central location and spectacular view of Cinco de Mayo parade. Very clean. Hot shower (took time to figure out how it worked). The in suite coffee maker and daily coffee provided was really good and so convenient. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

I was disappointed there was no laundry service as advertised. Breakfast was underwhelming, but not all options were tried.
