A very lovely themed hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable furnishing. Rooms were well equipped and extremely clean. Kudos to all the staff there because they were extremely helpful and friendly. Location was excellent too- all major attractions in the historic downtown are within walking distance!

El desayuno. Es escaso, para el café no te ofrecen Leche, antes había buffe por eso decidí quedarme ahí. No te ofrecen Tortillas ni pan. Así que te quedas con hambre. Mejor hubiera reservado sin desayuno. El ruido de los autos. Hasta en la.mamdrugada se dejaban de escuchar pero a las 6 ya otra vez.
It was clean, and fast check in and check out
Friendly and helpful staff. Great central location and spectacular view of Cinco de Mayo parade. Very clean. Hot shower (took time to figure out how it worked). The in suite coffee maker and daily coffee provided was really good and so convenient. Bed was very comfortable.
I was disappointed there was no laundry service as advertised. Breakfast was underwhelming, but not all options were tried.

La comodidad de las camas, el aire acondicionado, las regaderas y el baño
La tele de uno de los cuartos no se podía conectar a internet y no supieron solucionar el problema. El agua de la regadera y lavabo esta tratada con algún químico que reseca mucho la piel. Las toallas aunque no olían mal tenían manchas oscuras o de bile de usuarios previos. Mi habitación (408) estaba debajo de un ducto que hacía ruido de máquina de manera constante, pude dormir por que tengo el sueño pesado, pero no creo que la mayoría pueda conciliar el sueño.
El personal del hotel es muy amable y la comida del restaurante es muy buena y a precios razonables.
El hotel se ubica en una avenida principal con mucho tránsito y en las habitaciones que dan a la calle se alcanza a escuchar un poco el ruido. La cama no es muy cómoda.
Me gustó que esté cerca del Zócalo. El restaurante es bueno y a buen costo. La habitación, confortable.
