Super consigliato, non vedo l’ora di tornare
Pros:

La professionalità e la gentilezza dello staff che ti fanno sentire a casa, la pulizia della struttura nonostante ci siano dei ritocchini da fare, la disponibilità nel consigliare come muoversi. La posizione è perfetta, fronte oceano con a disposizione 2 piscine. L’animazione è presente e per niente insistente ma ti invogliano a partecipare.

Cons:

Purtroppo la connessione con il WiFi è instabile, l’unico piccolo neo. Ma noi siamo abituati ad essere sempre connessi.

Soggiorno a Watamu
Pros:

La struttura è accogliente e pulita, vicino al mare e vicino al villaggio di watamu ( molto comodo se vi serve qualcosa)il personale è sempre disponibile e gentilissimo, il cibo buono

Cons:

Un po' datato l'arredamento delle camere comunque efficiente.
Il transfer dall'aeroporto nonostante ci sia scritto che è disponibile è a pagamento.

Pros:

Sono stato al Lily Palm Resort a Watamu e voglio condividere la mia esperienza. Gestione e personale eccezionali: cordiali, efficienti e sempre attenti. Cucina_ punto forte, buffet vario e gustoso.
Nota positiva: piscina pulita costantemente, davvero apprezzato.

Cons:

La struttura però, delude. A parte il giardino curato, tutto appare fatiscente: lettini in spiaggia e in piscina vecchi, da sostituire al più presto. Visto il numero degli ospiti, bisognerebbe aumentare lettini e posti all’ombra e invitare a rimuovere gli asciugamani dai lettini se si sta via più di due ore, così da lasciare posto agli altri. Peccato, perché posizione e gestione meritano 4 stelle ma l’immobile non è all’altezza.
Un suggerimento: a colazione, succhi freschi e marmellate homemade invece di quelle confezionate darebbero un tocco di classe in più.
Spero che la direzione investa in manutenzione e rinnovo per offrire un’esperienza all’altezza del servizio."

La disponibilita di tutto il personale, sempre sorridente

Cons:

Le camere superior, sono posizionate di fronte al generatore di corrente di tutto il resort, con rumore abbondante principalmente nelle ore notturne, piu al deposito dei rifiuti generale, che viene svuotato a giorni alterni, ed emana un odore molto pesante, sempre presente e costante, per tutti gli ospiti che vanno al ristorante, piscina o spiaggia di passaggio, invece H 24 per i piu fortunati che hanno pensato erroneamente come me di soggiornare in una superior. Fatto presente il problema non e' stato fatto niente, dovevamo stare con la porta e finestre chiuse, fino a quando ho scritto un messaggio alla struttura tramite booking.com. e il giorno dopp mi hanno dato la pissibilita di cambiare camera per gli altri due giorni rimanenti tornando ad una di categoria inferiore, senza rimborso della differenza di prezzo. In italia non potrebbe stare aperto una struttura del genere con i controlli che abbiamo.
Mi dispiace per tutte le persone locali che ci lavorano, sempre sorridenti e disponibili. Evitate, ci sono molte strutture vicine dove tutto scorre in armonia

Pros:

The location of the hotel in fantastic. We looked online as we were a bit confused about the maps locations and pictures of the pool by the sea but there’s a little walkway down. The staff and animation team are very friendly and the resort is well located.

Cons:

The hotel felt aged and the facilities didn’t feel clean as a result despite the fantastic cleaning staff. It is purely down to facilities! We opted for B&B but didn’t realise that throughout the day this also meant we couldn’t get water unless we paid at the bar. Very minor, but did make a difference!
