Pros:

Staff di animazione, reception e cucina davvero fantastici

Cons:

I gestori pessimi con i dipendenti, li trattano male e li sgridano ad alta voce davanti agli ospiti.

Il wifi quasi sempre non funzionante, abbiamo dovuto chiedere nuovamente le credenziali per l'accesso perché non funzionavano più e una delle titolari ci ha trattato con disprezzo come se fosse un problema nostro.

Le camere un po' vecchiotte e con il balcone comunicante con i vicini

L'acqua della doccia e del lavandino per tre giorni è stata fredda e sempre salata

Bellissimo resort
Pros:

Il resort è molto bello, 3 piscine, tanto verde, tutto molto curato. Ottima la cucina, ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene.
Clientela quasi esclusivamente italiana.

Cons:

Le stanze sono molto semplici e spartane, non molto grandi. Il bagno abbastanza spazioso ma andrebbero tolte le incrostazioni nel lavandino.

I didnt get the room i saw on the photos on tjis website, i felt catfished. I also couldnt get the massage that came as an extra when i booked the hotel.

varietà del cibo, pulizia ogni giorno della camera , location, le due piscine, disponibilità dello staff e posizione. vi hanno fatto lasciare le valigie durante il sabato. C’è animazione tutti i giorni TOP CI TORNEREI

Posizione comoda per raggiungere le altre spiagge.
Gentilezza del personale.

Cons:

A colazione oltre al caffè solubile, offrirei la possibilità di avere anche del caffè americano già pronto.
In spiaggia troppi beach boys e molto insistenti. So che non dipende da voi, ma rende difficile se non impossibile scendere in spiaggia anche solo per fare una passeggiata.

Pros:

Punteggio alto ma meritato..siamo a Watamu in Africa ma questa struttura ben gestita da staff italiano è veramente al top. La cortesia e la disponibilità del personale la posizione sostanzialmente centrale la struttura un ampio resort con 2 piscine un ristorante alla carta ed ovviamente il ristorante quotidiano utilizzato per colazione pranzo e cena su terrazza sul mare!..avrete tutti i servizi inclusa una discreta animazione e tutto per escursioni che sono tantissime incluso Safari!..servizio cambio euro scellini ottimo..una nota particolare per Jack il manager italiano che cura tutta la parte ristorazione ..volete mangiare le migliori tagliatelle o delle super lasagne alla Bolognese?..questo è il posto giusto!!…mangiare bene per noi italiani vuol dire fare ottime vacanze e al Lilly vi troverete come a casa..ovviamente non manca il cibo locale e tanto pesce..tutto ottimo!…grazie a Lilly il nostro soggiorno è stato super..spiaggia: nel mese di luglio ci sono alghe ma con un tuck-Tuck e meno di 10€ ci si sposta a Garoda un Paradiso..nel periodo estivo Africano credo sia bellissima anche qui…Dimenticavo: La pizza fatta a qualsiasi ora alla piscina sul mare è SPETTACOLARE..condigliatissimo!

Camera affacciata sulla Piscina.
Ristorante e tutti i servizi all'interno dell'hotel.
Siamo stati solo una notte, ma saremo voluti restare ancora.
Ristorante italiano all'interno dell'hotel con piatti di pesce ottimi e pizza!

Consiglio questa struttura e consiglio anche “Sammy Safari Kenya” per il safari e tutte le escursioni che si possono far

La posizione, la gentilezza del personale e degli animatori, in particolare una nota di merito per Florence e Ruth, due ragazze dell’animazione veramente super..

Cons:

Siamo capitate in un periodo in cui nella conca davanti alla struttura c’erano molte alghe e quindi abbiamo usufruito poco del mare, ma abbiamo compensato con la piscina
