İnternetten seçtim beklediğimden de iyi çıktı temizlik gayet iyiydi otelin konumu çok iyi otoparkının olması artısı güler yüzlü karşılama ve elemanlar kahvaltısı da gayet yeterliydi bence fiyatına göre gayet iyi.

Very nice style of hotel. Rooms are equiped with old fashioned furniture. It looks very luxorious. Breakfast was also good.

We had some issues with lights but hotel stuff solved it imediately.

Genel olarak bir şikayetim yoktu ama biraz pis bir işletmeyfi ilgi alakada biraz yetersizdi

Genel olarak, yardımsever ve güleryüzlü bir hizmet aldım. Görünüm biraz fazla eski fakat konforlu ve temiz bir otel.

The hotel is at a central location, where you can easily reach to the historical center, river bank and main shopping streets of Adana. The hotel staff was friendly, they provided a free upgrade to our room. The style of the hotel is a bit too classic for my taste, the rooms are equipped with classic items and furniture. One thing about the hotel was that there were a lot of idle items in the corridors of the hotel, like spare beds or furniture that was not in use. This causes an unpleasant look and not a good impression. The provide an acceptable breakfast service. Overall compared with the price level it can be evaluated as a decent price performance hotel.

Konaklama için butik otel olarak güzel bir otel yeri şehir merkezine yürüme mesafesinde bir tek gece klima sesleri rahatsız edici olabiliyor onun haricinde sorun yok

Otelin çalışanları çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcıydı.Otelin konsepti de çok ilgi çekiciydi,kahvaltısını beğendim .yine kalırım.

This hotel was so euro trash! I absolutely loved how OTT it was. Having spent weeks in Rubbish, overpriced resorts all over Turkey, we dropped into here at 1am. The room rate we got was great. The room itself was Fabulous. My husband thought it was tacky and ugly but I adored it. It was very clean, staff friendly. The breakfast was fantastic. The only negative was that the room smells like cigarettes. I know it is hard to get the smell out but even the bed head smelt. Other then that, you must stay here at least 1 night when you go to Adana!

Otel merkezi bir yerde ve gayet de kalınabilecek bir otel. Ailecek kaldık genel anlamda memnun ayrıldık. Eleştirebileceğim tek şey ekstra yatak ücreti alındı çocuk için ama yatak kalitesiz idi ve hemen iki büklüm oluyordu.Çocuk normal yatak da bizimle kaldı. 2 kişilik aile iseniz rahatlıkla kalabilirsiniz. Yürüme mesafesinde yer here gidebiliyorsunuz. Özetle Kaya Premium Adana'da kalınabilecek bir otel ve tavsiye olunur.
