The staff was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. The location is amazing in the old town, plus easy walk to the ferry. Nice hotel with great restaurant on the bottom floor. Rooms nice and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Convenient.. Good breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. It was reasonably. priced.

They had Gluten Free bread & cupcakes for my daughter @breakfast. The buffett was a nice variety of breads, cheeses, sliced meats. Coffee machine had espresso, small & large, verlaengerte (coffee w/milk). Our room was on the back, away from the cafes in the area in front and very quiet.

Very nice little hotel. Clean and friendly service. Great location. Breakfast was basic but adequate although only served until 9:30 but you weren’t thrown out. Quiet mid week but slightly noisy from neighbouring bars on a weekend. Room 31 was a good sized room.

Location was amazing for all the bars, restaurants and shops. Safe area and comfortable stay. The restaurant downstairs is great too.

Close to everything but be cautious that it’s in a pedestrian zone and uber/taxi is about 5 mins away.

Located in a superb position.

Excellent location. 5 mins walk from most SNP bus station. On street with restaurants but is quiet in hotel. 1 min walk from main sights in old town. Very comfortable bed and enough choice for a very lovely breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again

Awesome property right in the middle of the old town. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Conveniently located very close to the river and a short distance away from other major transportation options.

This was a really lovely hotel conveniently located in Bratislava’s old town. I’m not sure how I got the room I did, but it was enormous and very comfortable. This part of Bratislava is pedestrian only, and my taxi dropped me just a few blocks from the hotel. It has a good restaurant on site as well.

We have a room facing the street but it was super quiet due to excellent windows. The room was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed it here and would happily stay again.

A nice hotel in the historic area of Bratislava. The only downside is that it is located above a pub and on a busy street, which means drunk people shouting at 2 a.m. on weekends.
The photo of the hotel's façade is very misleading as it only shows the part of the hotel above the pub/restaurant. Had I knows it's located on top of a pub I wouldn't have booked this hotel.
The breakfast is good but not very diverse like in similarly priced hotels in Prague and Linz. They also play folk music during the breakfast --the same song on an infinite loop, which is a bit of a torture. Hahahaha!
