Very beautiful hotel and wonderful location but the service is not good

It was an amazing experience on all levels. Staff was so friendly and helpful, breakfast was very rich, dinner was delicious.
Very spacious (room, lobby, bar, restaurant). Very beautiful interior. Very clean. The SPA was a relaxing experience. The pool was great. We would highly recommend it. We definitely will go back there again.

Beautiful and tranquil location with stunning views of the valley. Rooms are large and clean. Quality of toiletries and breakfast didn’t match overall hotel quality. Staff was very friendly and helpful but somewhat undertrained.

The hotel is really nice and the staff is friendly and eager to help. However, the hotel its self lacks facilities and entertainment. There was very little to be done at the hotel besides swim and lounge at the coffee shop. Overall it was still a great stay.

the common area by the pool, was dirty, windows not clean, same for tables besides the pool chairs, pool outside closed, even if weather still good and like 25-28 degrees. outside pool area, very dirty.

Great facility but there is a lot of confusion among staff. Nobody seems to know answers to basic questions and everyone asks someone else. The breakfast buffet was OK but again, confusion at the omlette station meant that you simply don't get what you asked for and have to settle for whatever the staff thought you wanted. The place needs management overhaul and training. Besides that, the facility is beautiful.
