Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Continental breakfast really was lacking food. All 3 days had literally cereal or waffles without syrup. Everything else was always empty or near empty.

Pros:

Great hotel!All nicely newly renovated. Unfortunately I stayed during storm and a pipe broke by back door but the staff made sure everyone was safe in the lobby and drove whoever needed a ride across the street to another hitel.They went above and beyond their duties especially during the bad January snowstorm!

Cons:

Unforeseen event of pipe breaking during storm everything else was exceptional!

Well run and clean building combined with a friendly and efficient staff made for a nice visit
Pros:

Room was spacious, not cramped; clean and appointed as advertised, with everything in good working condition. With the exception of the elevators, the lobby, the breakfast area, the hallways, the stairways and the rooms were all exceptionally clean. Elevators were clean but they looked like they were maybe being updated -- so there was painters tape and cardboard on the walls, clearly a temporary situation.
Room was quiet, warm and was a nice respite for a quick visit to the area.

Comfortable stay in all, great breakfast choices. Afternoon out of the oven cookies a nice surprise.
Pros:

Breakfast had a wide selection, which was appreciated.
Shower heads great—nice water pressure.
Pleasant staff.
Coffee, tea, and hot cocoa in the lobby appreciated.

Cons:

The tables in the dining area were high for the chairs.
I wished there had been a cozy sitting room with dim lighting, and perhaps a fireplace, but I realize that would be a high expectation.
Would love to see plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened) at breakfast.

It worked out very well, and is close to my grandson’s school.
Pros:

The breakfast was very nice…big variety. The room was very clean. I liked the different types of pillows – soft to hard. It was quiet.

Cons:

No issues.

Cons:

No bathroom fan. I alway think it’s weird when hotels don’t have fans being the moisture is not good for the walls/sheetrock/etc.
