Overall it was ok but wasn’t what I’m accustomed to out of this facility. Needs some repairs in rooms and better communi

The location was excellent and easy to access

Cons:

The morning staff couldn’t accommodate an earlier check in and then didn’t follow up as she stated about the room when things weren’t up to par. Fridge began leaking overnight and created a wet floor.

We were pleased with all services and amenities.
Pros:

The food and service was very good.

Cons:

The entire trip was excellent. All staff were helpful and kind. The surrounding restaurants were amazing. The traffic noise was the only problem we encountered. The hotel has no control over that problem.

I was very happy with everything at this location.
Staff - respectful, friendly, helpful.
Hotel - nice building, enough space, well maintained, location is near everything you need, everything I touched or can see was clean.

Cons:

There wasn't anything that I could complain about. (And I'm a picky person)
If something bothers you bring it up to the staff.... You'd be surprised how much someone will go out of their way to help you if you ask nicely.

Pros:

Padrão muito bom do hotel e quarto. Muito espaçoso, banheiro da mesma forma. Instalações novas. Usamos a academia e era boa, a piscina parece ótima também, mas não tivemos tempo de aproveitar. Café da manhã com boas opções, muito bom.
Funcionários atenciosos e recepção do hóspede é bem legal.
Estacionamento com muitas vagas, mas é cobrado a parte.
Bastante opções para comer próximas ao hotel, inclusive indico o Velvet Taco, com ótimas opções de Bowl.

Cons:

Localização é bem distante dos principais pontos da cidade, atende se estiver de carro. Ar condicionado do quarto não desliga a ventilação, apenas o sistema de frio.

Shower- temperature was great, which you needed after the lumpy bed.
