Everthing was perfect

Fully furnished and have swimming pool and also a lot of parkings

Near to golf course. Ample car park spaces. Not very clean sofa. Not enough clothes hangers. Need more glasses for beer and wine drinkers. Overall a good three rooms apartment.

Hotel cleanliness & conditions can be better. No major comments.

View, swimming pool, balcony, hall sofa and beds were great. Nice, calm and quiet area to chill. However, only one shop at ground floor, toilets did not have toothbrush and not enough towels. Toilets had roaches when checking in.

Disappointing stay. A long way from the airport with no facilities (i.e food, restaurants, atm machines etc). Room was not clean, dirty floor, no towels, no soap, kitchen not cleaned, no cups or remotes for tv. Generally worn out apartment block. Shuttle bus was excellent though!

The toilets had roaches and the cleanliness was very poor.

Broken furnitures.

No proper utensils.

Place was new and we had an apartment with 3 rooms to house the whole family. It is in a quiet neighborhood and I like it being quiet. It has a nice pool which my kids liked. Card key lift access is a plus point.

Checked in and found the condo do not boiling kettle and utensils. Requested for boiling kettle and some utensils. We rinsed the kettle and put some water to have it boiled. After the water was boiled a friend poured some of the water into the mee into the mug. To our horror there were some many cockaches that came out the base of the kettle!

This is more serviced apartments with no eating facilities anywhere nearby. Very tight controls on gate - took my passport and kept till we left which I wasn’t happy about. Nice pool and rooms ok but all single beds , no kettle etc - very basic. Wouldn’t recommend

More for family travel. Not the ideal place for business travel

We didn't mind that the location was far away from everything because the nature and beauty of Malaysia away from the hustle and bustle is always enjoyable. The apartment however was very disappointing and one of the worst we have experienced.

The room was not cleaned and prepared for our arrival, even though we contacted them 48 hours prior to our late afternoon arrival. We were given a dirty unprepared room that we were unable to stay in. After speaking with hotel staff, we were moved to another room. The state of this room, better than the first, consisted of ants everywhere even on the beds, cockroaches around, the kitchen sink and cutlery, fridge and cupboards were so filthy we couldn't use them. We need to purchase a brand new kettle and paper cups just to be able to have tea and coffee.

The beds and sheets had stains. The daily cleaning consisted of 2 ladies coming and just sweeping around the kitchen area then folding the blankets. They did not clean bathrooms, bedrooms, sitting area etc. They never replaced our towels nor did they supply sufficient toilet paper so we need to purchase napkins, tissues and toilet paper on top of everything else.

The walls had stains, there was no washing machine or ironing board and the TV was barely working. The elevators kept breaking down and were very, very slow.

Overall, I would not recommend Sri Beverly Hills to anybody.

Good hotel, got placed in the wrong room at first but wasn't a major a issue.

the hotel is an apartment turn to hotel, i.e. it is within the residential building. Safety wise it is good since the entrance to the lift area is using card system. The receptionist by the name Peter is very nice and helpful.

They can improve further the poor tv signal. A bit disappointment for the kids.
Also no cooking utensils available as advertised. The cooking hob cannot be used. No cooking gas was connected obviously. We only can use the electric kettle and refrigerator.

Getting to this place using Google Maps linked to our booking was very confusing since it lead us to a different residential area. Try to Waze Green Beverly Hills instead, since these condotel is located in Green Beverly Hills Condominium complex. Check in was done at a small area at the mezzanine floor. No concierge was available, so it is advisable to unload your baggage at ground floor for direct lift access or mezzanine floor where there's a short flight of staircase to get to elevator. The unit was very comfortable, very much like your own home with a kitchen and basic cooking utensil. A washing machine was also provided, unfortunately, clothes line was not, so we had to dry our clothes indoors. Bed was comfortable. A 3 bedroom apartment can accommodate 9 people. Sheets were clean, unfortunately pillows were too hard , not to my liking. Towels were provided, but no toiletries except for bath soap. There are no towel rails in the bathroom to hang wet towels. Iron and hairdyer were provided, but no ironing board. The unit was relatively comfortable but lack room facilities , unlike a hotel. Location was quite far so own transport is a must.

Nice and relatively new apartment. Clean bedsheets but the cleanliness of the floor could be better as feels sticky.

nice stay with facilities (gym, swiming pool) at vicinity. However it is recommended to have your own transport since there are no restaurant at walkable distance.

I booked this apartment specifically as it was advertised as being close to KLIA2. It wasn't. The 25 minute taxi ride cost us 100MYR each way for 5 people, and the transfers offered by the hotel were even more expensive. We flew in late and out early and did not appreciate sitting in a hot taxi for so long whilst driving out into the middle of nowhere to a hot apartment that was in a ghost town of a private complex. Not what you want after a long international flight. It was a good thing that we ate dinner on arrival at the airport, as there was nothing near the apartment.

If you want a room for the night between flights, stay at one of the places that are actually at the airport. If you want somewhere cheap to stay for a few nights around Sepang or Putrajaya, and need to sleep 5-6, this place would be OK. If you want to base yourself in KL, get somewhere in the city. The apartment itself was nice and spacious, albeit sparse and with low, hard beds.
