Struttura meravigliosa e consigliata per rilassarsi, ma con delle piccole migliorie sarebbe il top!
Pros:

Struttura bellissima, nel verde e tranquilla. Camera ampia e pulita, piscina molto bella. Ristorante Casamatta ottimo, cocktail perfetti! Personale gentile e accogliente. Colazione buona e tipica. Buon servizio a bordo piscina.

Cons:

Materasso in camera molto duro. La piscina è stupenda, ma gli ombrelloni non sono funzionali, non fanno ombra, e le persone cercano riparo sotto gli alberi dove purtroppo ci sono tantissime vespe... Abbiamo cenato al ristorante Casamatta una sera, avremmo voluto rifarlo un paio di giorni dopo ma era chiuso! La colazione buona anche se potrebbero variarla un pochino da un giorno all'altro. I teli per la piscina non hanno un buon odore.

Soggiorno di relax e di sapori. Esperienza bellissima ed emozionante.
Pros:

Colazione ricca e con molti prodotti tipici locali. Struttura fantastica . Piscina e servizi annessi eccezionali.
Personale molto presente , disponibile e cortese. Bene anche il servizio di ricarica auto elettriche.

La struttura molto elagante , La tranquillità e la bellissima piscina . Colazione eccezionale .
Gentilezza e cortesia nell’ospitalità.

Cons:

Il servizio in piscina e il bar in piscina , assolutamente non all’altezza della bellezza della piscina e della struttura, Non si può aprire il bar alle 12 per poi comunque servire prodotti abbastanza dozzinali e con un servizio abbastanza scarso .
Mi e’ venuto il dubbio che il Servizio bar piscina fosse dato ad una gestione esterna .
Tante vespe nel bordo piscina .

Dinner service seemed haphazard. I know it was Sunday evening but a hotel that boasts a Michellin star restaurant can do better on nights when it is not open.
