Pros:

お風呂、設備、食事、スタッフの対応含めとても良いホテルです。

Cons:

ホテル周辺に飲食店(特にベトナムの食事やビアホイ)がない。日本食は数件あり、日本食しか食べない人には、気にならないかも知れませんが。湖・動物園挟んだ向かいの地区まで、15分くらい食事のたびに歩いて移動してました。

日本流ビジネスホテルで日本人には楽で満足
Pros:

スタッフはベトナムの方ですが、全員流暢に日本語を話せます。日本食の朝食を10種くらい選べて、ベトナムのフォーなどのメニューもあります。日本人がビジネスホテルとしてイメージする機能を備えています。スタッフも優しく真面目です。無料ランドリーもあります。最上階の大浴場もあり、女性向けもあります。

大浴場も１０階にあり良い。ただし、入れ墨がある方については、日本の入浴施設と同じように利用制限（少なくとも時間制限など)して欲しい。トラブルが発生した訳ではないものの、威圧感を感じて利用し難くなるため。
