The neighborhood is quiet. Accessible by car and public transportation. Staff responsive to residents / visitors needs.

Wonderful beach

We had an amazing time in this property. Location is good on a nice beach front, view from the room was wonderful and services was perfect. Apartment size was adequate for a couple and it was always clean and tidy.

Srebreno è un posto meraviglioso ,super organizzato ,l'hotel eccellente in tutto .Pulizia quotidiana, l'appartamento dotato di ogni confort ubicato in un posto super comodo ,vicinissimo al lungomare ,tante baie da esplorare ed un piccolo porto da cui puoi prenotare escursioni a buon prezzo.bellissima vacanza ,ci ritornerò sicuramente. Grazie al Maistra per la sua ospitalità.

Great spot and excellent location. Steps away from the beach and just 10 minutes walk to the harbor where you can catch a shuttle to Dubrovnik.

Right on the beach

The property is part of the Sheraton so it’s very elegant! It was difficult to find out where check in was because there were no instructions or any hint that this property would be located in the same property as Sheraton. The place is beautiful, safe, clear and very comfortable but I have ONE complaint ! They said amenities were NOT included, in other words, you get s room that’s right by the pool and they say you can’t use it but must get a day pass — Maistra customer are not allowed to use Sheraton amenities even though it’s inside the same property!

Al llegar todo nos pareció muy bien, el check in en el Sheraton muy rápido. El departamento grande como habíamos solicitado: 2 habitaciones y sofá cama en la sala, 3 baños. Luego nos dimos cuenta de varias cosas que hicieron incómoda la estadía: Una de las camas individuales estaba rota por la mitad y se ladeaba; incluso vimos por debajo de la cama que había colocado dos tacos de madera a la mitad para tratar que no se terminara partiendo en dos. Fue incómodo dormir. El hervidor de agua no funcionaba, el vidrio templado interior de la puerta del horno estaba suelto y al abrir casi se cae. Habían 4 cubiertos cuando éramos cinco. El día anterior a nuestra salida el servicio de habitación no sacó la basura y por el calor olía muy mal.
No reclamamos en su momento porque no queríamos perder el tiempo en un balneario maravilloso. Queríamos disfrutar de las playas y la ciudad de Dubrovnik.

This property is a great location, away from the crowded Old Town. When I booked, I didn’t know there were actually 2.5 bathrooms which was an awesome surprise as we were traveling with our two teenagers. The access to the beach was my favorite part of this hotel. It was amazing! Be sure to include breakfast in your stay - it was well worth it. The only feedback for improvement would be- the bathroom toiletries need to be brought up to hotel standards. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash combo was terrible. Also, the fees for a lounge chair/umbrella at the beach was high ($20 for the lounge and $10 for the umbrella). When you’re traveling with a family of 4, that is a lot to pay every day.

Property was really nice with fantastic views of the mountains and river. Walkable from the Sheraton about 5 mins just behind the hotel. Hotel are great as you can use the indoor pool and tennis facilities which you pay. Only issue from making it a 5 was we had to call each time to ask someone to clean our room. The bedrooms were nice size and loved the living area and kitchen.

Spacious and handy daily service

Fint boende (vi hade standard 2 sovrum) med eget badrum till varje sovrum. Bra läge med närhet till både stranden och affärer. Supertrevlig städerska som nästan alltid fanns tillgänglig, flexibel och hjälpsam!

We loved our stay at this place amazing views , spacious aprtment. And breakfast buffet is full of options . Thank you everyone at this property
