Close to Everything

A bit extra about the app, it would be nice if Booming.com could let me add more than one photo at a time. Also, I had trouble logging back into my account while I was in Bali. It logged me out and put me into a loop, where the app asked for a mobile number to log myself back in but only offered a Chinese region code of +86. I could not choose any other code from the world and guess what? I didn't have a Chinese mobile number! Even more worrying is how did Booking.com know I am Chinese? Did Booking.com judge by my name or could the app access my gallery, contact list or app list without permission or without me being aware? Or, it just "looked" at my passport photo and decided I could only have a Chinese mobile? Anyway, I don't trust Booking.com any more. This will be the last time I use its service. 永不再见！

Quiet, peaceful, friendly and mellow place
Pros:

The room was exceptional. Bed was very comfortable. Swimming pool was fantastic. Guests (mostly Australian) were friendly. Staff was lovely and helpful.

Cons:

I believe the breakfast staff could have paid more attention to the needs of the clientele but I mentioned this to management and they said they will work on I’m making the breakfast experience much better. The breakfasts themselves are delicious.

Goede locatie, mooie tuin en zwembad. Op de kamer was alles aanwezig, kast, kluis,buro, koelkast. Op rustige plek, echter dichtbij strand en winkeltjes en restaurants. Keuze ontbijt menu, aangevuld met vers fruit en juice.

Cons:

Geen losse douche, maar ligbad.

Good standard for the price in that area.
Pros:

Location was good, yet a long way off Jalan Kartika Plaza, 100+ meters.

The entry and reception area is impressive architecture, as are the public areas, with a nice pool area, but which I didn't use.

The restaurant area is spacious, not crowded with tables and chairs, and surrounding gardens very relaxing, with water features, and paving weaving through the gardens to the rooms.

The room was comfortable, bed and pillows good, aircon efficient, with a small fridge.

Breakfast was outstanding, 10 choices, local and western, plus a bottomless coffee/tea, fruit and juices.

Safe luggage storage facilities are available, of which I availed myself, staying twice, ten days apart.

Cons:

WiFi was terrible, with frequent drop outs, and I had to go to reception whenever I needed a reliable connection for more than a minute or two.

There were no coffee/tea making facilities.

I came to Kuta for a 5 day solo trip. I felt safe and stayed in a warm welcoming environment. The lane way to the hotel
Pros:

Beautiful Balinese setting and gardens with pool central to accomodation, open eating area, lovely people.. down a quiet lane way like a hidden gem ☺️

Cons:

Very well maintained, personal space not dormitory style at all, lovely staff, daily room make ups, choice of freshly cooked breakfast to order, fresh towels and water daily, a good 200 mtr walk to the main part of Kuta and another few hundred to the beach.
