Pros:

We were not happy with the room. We received a handicap room and there was no chair at all in the room to sit in. We tried to upgrade, but the hotel was full. In all fairness, we were offered a different room for the next day, but it did not seem worth the trouble.
In addition, the maids broke the shower on the first day where they cleaned. A maintenance man came to fix it, but said it was not fixable without a part. So we had a part of the shower missing!
The room was sterile, and uncomfortable, but we were too lazy to move! Sandra at the front desk offered another room in fairness. We were unhappy with the booking because we booked a double room, but we did not request a handicap room!

Pros:

This hotel is located right by a beach club and walking distance from a public beach. It was a perfect location to enjoy Otranto’s beautiful beach. The hotel was walking distance to the Okd Town and plenty of restaurants. I highly recommend staying here.

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, la stanza pulita e con un piccolo balcone dove si vedeva il mare. Il bagno spazioso con una bella doccia. i letti erano comodi. Alla receptions sono stati gentili ed hanno cercato di risolvere qualsiasi domanda.

Un 3 étoiles du top niveau
Pros:

On s’est dit en réservant que c’était un petit hôtel 3 étoiles sympa mais ils ont leurs 3 étoiles bien méritées.
L’hôtel est superbement bien placé à côté du quartier historique, il est propre (je pense même rénové récemment ) et le service est du niveau 5 étoiles: le personnel est attentionné, souriant, agréable, aidant, bref… il est irréprochable: Sandra et sa camarade (dont je me souviens pas le nom) a l’accueil sont toutes les deux extraordinaires de gentillesse et de bienveillance: un conseil? une demande particulière? Elle gèrent tout avec le sourire.
Nous sommes plus que ravis d’avoir choisi cet établissement: on y reviendra si on repasse dans le coin.

As a Japanese person, I often stand out in this area where there are very few Asians and people sometimes look at me with curiosity. However, the front desk staff at this hotel provided excellent service. They had a list of recommended restaurants prepared in advance, and kindly explained how to use the public bus system. Although some of the staff only spoke Italian, it seems their policy is to always have English-speaking staff available, so I didn’t experience any inconvenience. One thing that did concern me, though, was that the air conditioning didn’t work during the day—perhaps due to centralized control or some other reason.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen direkt an der Strandpromenade von Otranto, zahlreiche Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Altstadt und der Strand sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert und eingerichtet, mir war die Matratze zu hart - das ist aber auch schon der einzige Punkt, den ich zu bemängeln habe.
Das Personal von den Mitarbeitern an der Rezeption über die Reinigungsdamen bis zu den Mitarbeitern beim Frühstück sind sehr freundlich und kompetent.
Der Parkplatz ist gleich gegenüber, etwa 70 Meter entfernt, Informationen zum Parken erhielten wir im Vorfeld auf Anfrage per Mail, die Kosten halten sich mit 8 Euro pro Tag in Grenzen.
Alles in allem würden wir das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen und auch selbst wieder buchen.
