Ao chegar na recepção as 10:51 fomos informados que seria preciso pagar uma taxa de 86,10 para entrarmos no quarto antes das 14h. Em momento nenhum isso foi informado antes. Pelo contrário reserva e horário de check in (10/11h) conformado com sucesso.
