We had such a wonderful experience at the Marriot and Ka Jolly. We arrived at 3 AM and they were so kind and nice at the front desk. We’ve had a great experience at the bar area. There’s a gentleman named Alvin that I would like to promote he was kind he made me a very welcoming new drink and it was very nice. Everybody has been so nice and the Marriot property is beautiful.
My husband and I stayed here for our gorilla trekking tour. It was a great choice to avoid more transportation charges. Tour picked up from here. This place is a high end Marriott. 4 restaurants (Italian, bar food, buffet, or eat in the lounge with a little of everything if you choose club level). We got lounge access. It was a very nice lounge. Good coffee machine & tea selection. Their chocolates were to die for and you can buy some downstairs to take home as gifts. They even had 3 flavors of infused water selection. Sodas, alcohol in the evening for happy hour (good stuff, not just wine & beer).
The pool was big and had nice padded chairs around it. Sunshine & shade spots. There is a gym with plenty of good equipment for your fitness while traveling. And the spa prices were good for a nice hotel. About $81 USD for a couples 90 minute massage. Unfortunately we had to cancel ours due to one of the ladies falling ill and having to leave. But I’m glad they informed us vs expose us! Good job Marriott!! There is a wet & dry sauna here too if you’re interested.
This property is very large and elegant feeling. Clean and fun. There are 4 shops in the lobby with nice selections of nice cloths, shoes, jewelry and gifts.
We asked laundry service if we could get our hiking boots cleaned after our gorilla tour. It was done for us in a matter of hours!! And the cost was 16,000 local or about $10 US.
I REALLY enjoyed this country, this hotel, its amenities, and the staff were all soooo friendly, welcoming, and helpful! Rwanda is my new favorite east Africa country. They really do things great here and welcome travelers.

Os quartos são extremamente confortáveis e têm uma decoração super agradável. A equipe muito atenciosa inclusive me ajudou a conectar no computador na TV. Café da manhã bem completo e diversificado com várias opções de muita qualidade. A comida também dos restaurantes do hotel e até mesmo a comida ser no quarto muito boa.
O wifi do hotel não chega a ser muito rápido. Em alguns momentos deixou muito a desejar.
Après mon séjour, j'ai remarqué que l'hôtel m'a facturé à deux reprises. Les ayant contacté une première fois, pour leur faire part de cette erreur, qui soit dit en passant, est assez incompréhensible pour un hôtel de ce standing, ils n'ont toujours pas résolu le problème. Mais pire que ça, c'est qu'ils ne me répondent plus pour me dire qu'ils vont trouver une solution à ce problème. Im s'agit de beaucoup d'argent.

Windows are single glazed so you hear background noise from the street. None of the appliances in the room were functional (coffee machine, iron and hair dryer). The italian restaurant charged my card $500 instead of $50 and took 30 minutes to resolve the issue.

Rooms AC does not go below 24 degrees and the hotel does not have fan, which makes the room abit warm for people who needs cooler rooms. Other than that, hotel service is pretty good.
Spent four nights here on a business trip. Classic Marriott. Comfortable, spacious rooms. Nice pool area. Great hot buffet breakfast. Efficient customer service.

Colazione da 10 e lode e caffè tra i migliori mai bevuti.
Migliorerei la qualità dei cuscini, l'offerta di vino italiano, immancabile in un 5 stelle e troppo carente a maggior ragione avendo un ristorante di cucina italiana all'interno, gli aspiratori di tutte le station di cucina perchè spesso c'è un odore troppo forte nelle aree comuni. Occhio al prezzo perchè anche se struttura di livello, mi sembra davvero troppo alto per essere in Rwanda.

My experience at the Marriot Kigali was amazing! The rooms were clean, staff was outstanding, and the breakfast every morning was delicious. I appreciate how the staff went above and beyond to help with anything you need, especially Confiance at the front desk. He was great. Its also in a perfect location.
