Pros:

I wasn't expecting so much, So I was dazed with the professionalism and ethics of staff. The can work more on the house keeping staff general look and smell ( body odour) . Every other thing is excellent.

General improvement for junior workers, scanning guests at the door as if its a war zone

Grand hôtel ***** magnifique et très bien placé à Kigali. La piscine chauffée est super et le buffet du petit déjeuner incroyable. une magnifique pause dans notre road trip Rwandais

Best run hotel!!!!
Pros:

One of the best Marriot properties I have stayed at. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly. The business lounge was so great and staffed by Enock who was super!! Highly recommend!!!
