Clean and convenient location
The spa was fully booked and weird smell 🙈
Convenient location and modern premises
Windows are single glazed so you hear background noise from the street. None of the appliances in the room were functional (coffee machine, iron and hair dryer). The italian restaurant charged my card $500 instead of $50 and took 30 minutes to resolve the issue.

Great staff first of all! Mr Enock from the lounge, Mr Fernando, Ms Phibi(spa) and many others! I appreciate everything and looking forward for the next stay!
Rooms AC does not go below 24 degrees and the hotel does not have fan, which makes the room abit warm for people who needs cooler rooms. Other than that, hotel service is pretty good.
Spent four nights here on a business trip. Classic Marriott. Comfortable, spacious rooms. Nice pool area. Great hot buffet breakfast. Efficient customer service.
Struttura davvero bella e moderna dotata di ogni comfort, incluse piscina, palestra e SPA.
Camere molto ampie e attrezzate, letti comodi, staff estremamente disponibile e sorridente.
Great location. Front desk-Jude, Confiance were great. Excellent room service
My experience at the Marriot Kigali was amazing! The rooms were clean, staff was outstanding, and the breakfast every morning was delicious. I appreciate how the staff went above and beyond to help with anything you need, especially Confiance at the front desk. He was great. Its also in a perfect location.

Marriott charged another persons card for my bill. I checked in on the 23rd of April and checked out the 28th. To date the bill has not been corrected. They’re working with the travel agent who arranged travel for all ten of us. Marriott actually asked me to remain there for an hour because I couldn’t depart until the bill was corrected and had charged me a fee for no show. However we were departing. Check your bill to ensure everything is fine/correct.
Best hotel I have stayed in whilst traveling in Africa
A little expensive
Very pleasant and helpful staff. Location is great, it is on a hill with great city view. Very clean facilities. Wheelchair accessible from entrance to the room and most of other facilities. No unnecessary elevations. Enough space within the accessible bathroom and facilities at suitable height.
The roll-in shower is too high but the staff provided alternative for my stay.
From the moment I arrived, the experience felt polished and genuinely warm. The team went out of their way to make everything effortless—quick check-in, thoughtful touches in the room, and a level of attentiveness that never felt forced.
The surroundings are just as impressive. The property is beautifully designed, with a refined, elegant atmosphere that carries from the lobby through to the rooms and dining spaces. It’s the kind of place where you naturally slow down and enjoy the setting.
What really stood out, though, was the consistency of the hospitality. Every interaction—whether at reception, housekeeping, or the restaurant—felt sincere and professional.
If you’re looking for a stay that combines comfort, style, and genuinely great service, this is an easy recommendation. I’d return without hesitation.
