Ritorno in una location bella e confortevole
Pros:

Struttura davvero bella e moderna dotata di ogni comfort, incluse piscina, palestra e SPA.
Camere molto ampie e attrezzate, letti comodi, staff estremamente disponibile e sorridente.
Qualche piccolo negozio all'interno, oltre a bar e ristoranti con offerte di food&beverage diversificate.
Colazione da 10 e lode e caffè tra i migliori mai bevuti.

Cons:

Migliorerei la qualità dei cuscini, l'offerta di vino italiano, immancabile in un 5 stelle e troppo carente a maggior ragione avendo un ristorante di cucina italiana all'interno, gli aspiratori di tutte le station di cucina perchè spesso c'è un odore troppo forte nelle aree comuni. Occhio al prezzo perchè anche se struttura di livello, mi sembra davvero troppo alto per essere in Rwanda.

Pros:

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Location is great, it is on a hill with great city view. Very clean facilities. Wheelchair accessible from entrance to the room and most of other facilities. No unnecessary elevations. Enough space within the accessible bathroom and facilities at suitable height.

Cons:

The roll-in shower is too high but the staff provided alternative for my stay.
