Pros:

Best breakfast we've ever had while traveling in the states. Coffee actually has body and flavor rather than weak brown water in most chains. There was a variety of offerings and all we ate were of good quality. Very close to town.

Pros:

We stayed there for just a night but the experience was awesome.

1. The location was great
2. Room was clean, spacious and tidy.
3. Bathroom was clean and big.
4. Excellent breakfast spread served hot.

We left an item at the hotel and were already on our way out. When we remembered it, we immediately called them and they took the extra effort to search our room again and retrieve that item. We then drove back to have the item back. Thank you so much for that.

Also, I requested them a late checkout (12 PM instead of 11 AM) and they granted it to me without any further questions. However for that I also used my Marriott Bonvoy membership status.

It was really a great experience.

My family and I would stay here again
Pros:

It was new, fresh and clean. The staff was kind. The breakfast was good. It was very close to the river walk and Durango and Silverton Railroad. The river walk was a short walk, and the train was a short drive from the hotel.

A reliable stay far from home
Pros:

A simple good room with a modern bathroom. The included breakfast didn't disappoint.

Cons:

The obnoxiously loud ice machine located opposite our room kept disturbing our sleep the whole night.

Not our chosen hotel but OK
Pros:

This was the chosen hotel as part of a Gate One trip. The rooms were clean and the staff was nice. This is in a location that is very difficult to navigate to the downtown which is literally perhaps ten blocks away. What makes it hard is that there is no clear way to cross the streets and no sidewalk to walk on. So if you stay here and want to walk downtown go through the hotel up the block and walk through their parking lot which brings you out to a light and a crosswalk. Do not attempt to do it any other way because it is very dangerous with cars coming at you at every intersection. Breakfast was just ok. Very small area for a large group to sit in. Desk staff was no where to be seen at night so anyone could walk into the hotel. No amenities at all. There is absolutely nothing in the area in terms of restaurants to go to. You have to go downtown.
