Overpriced especially considering the awful breakfast
Pros:

Relatively clean. Friendly Staff

Cons:

The breakfast was awful. Greasy sausage, watery eggs, hard boiled eggs overcooked and impossible to peel. Oatmeal watery!

Favorite place to stay in Durango
Pros:

We stay here a lot. We come to Durango once to twice a month. This is our favorite place to stay. I do wish I could walk to downtown, but the place is always great. Sometimes see deer in the backyard. Breakfast is always good. They have decaf coffee. I have to have decaf coffee. Some places don't have that.

Cons:

WiFi has been weird the last few times there. I have my phone and tablet to automatically connect since we are there so often, but there seem to be no signal. It has only been that way the last month or so. I have set up a home office there before and the WiFi was fine.

breakfast. no cereal, milk or yogurt. biscuits soggy and gravy congealed and lukewarm warm gave up and went to a cafe for breakfast.

Pros:

Best breakfast we've ever had while traveling in the states. Coffee actually has body and flavor rather than weak brown water in most chains. There was a variety of offerings and all we ate were of good quality. Very close to town.

Shower door would not stay shut and not the first time we have seen this issue. Breakfast could be better.

Pros:

We stayed there for just a night but the experience was awesome.

1. The location was great
2. Room was clean, spacious and tidy.
3. Bathroom was clean and big.
4. Excellent breakfast spread served hot.

We left an item at the hotel and were already on our way out. When we remembered it, we immediately called them and they took the extra effort to search our room again and retrieve that item. We then drove back to have the item back. Thank you so much for that.

Also, I requested them a late checkout (12 PM instead of 11 AM) and they granted it to me without any further questions. However for that I also used my Marriott Bonvoy membership status.

It was really a great experience.
