Had better experiences
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The staff at check in were not particularly friendly. We were slightly early (by about 1/2 hour)
Couldn't get checked in but the girl said we could leave our car and walk into town. It would take about 5 mins she said. 15 mins later we got there. It was hot and humid and we'd had a long drive to get there. Then we had to walk back. Not a great start. We just wanted to relax and freshen up.
Breakfast was a non starter. A bus tour had arrived the previous night and everybody came down to breakfast at the same time. Couldn't get near the place.
Not in a hurry to stay here again.

Decent hotel at a reasonable price.
Pros:

Clean, standard hotel with a good room that met our expectations.

The hotel is a bit far from town for walking, with part of the walking being on a sidewalk with heavy traffic.

A decent hotel for visiting Durango.
Pros:

A decent hotel at a reasonable price. It is close enough to walk to Durango.

Cons:

The hotel is basically set on a major road into Durango, and the walk to town is on a sidewalk that runs along this road. Apart from a decent room, the hotel does not provide anything extra in location, setting, or comfort.

We enjoyed our stay
Pros:

We would definitely stay here again. Rooms were nice and roomy. Staff was friendly. Short drive to downtown.

We will be back at Fairfield properties.
Pros:

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I can easily see re-booking with Fairfield properties in the future. 👍

Cons:

I'm not a coffee person, but at the breakfast buffet my seemed to think her coffee was a little sludgy or granular - perhaps the end of the brewed pot? 🤔 I told her, 'it is because this buffet is awesome and everyone has already been down here ahead of us. We should have been here earlier!'

Nice stay
Pros:

Great location to downtown very walkable. Parking in Durango limited in season.

Cons:

I would say they need more help with the breakfast in the am. Only one person and it was hard for them to keep up when everyone hits the breakfast at once. The person still did a great job with all the people but Grace and patients are needed and unfortunately in some travelers that was lacking but worker did a great job for being solo.

Pros:

מלון אסתטי ונקי, חדר מרווח ונעים, מיקום טוב, ויש מכונת כביסה ומייבש שעוזרים מאד בטיולים ארוכים.
אהבתי מאד גם את הפטיו האחורי שמאפשר ישיבה מחוץ לחדר

Cons:

חסר מקלחון טלפון.
בארוחת הבקר אין ירקות טריים ואין גיוון גבינות. זה לא מתאים למי שאינו אמריקאי.
