Their promoted digital app - BONVoY - is erratic and promises results that did not happen:
> Submitted request for missing bath body wash and shampoo - never delivered.
> Submitted request for emailed billing- nothing (yet).

The stay was nice
Pros:

The staff was nice and the room was clean

Cons:

The bed was not comfortable to me. When I put out the dirty towels, I was not given new ones. I had to go the front desk for more towels.
