We hadden vooraf parking gevraagd en kregen er geen, moesten verderop parkeren en betalen, kregen discount maar toch nog een 30 euro te betalen

Schönes modernes Hotel.
Pros:

Zimmer war sauber und sehr geräumig.
Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich.

Cons:

Suittablet hat nicht funktioniert.
Leider waren alle eigentlich warmen Speisen (Rührei, Speck, Weißwürste, Pancakes) am Frühstücksbuffet eher lauwarm.
Und vielleicht liegts an mir, aber bei Rührei erwarte ich zumindest etwas das gebraten wurde und nicht nur durch eine Wärmeplatte gestocktes Flüssigei. Evtl. ist das heute aber auch Standard.

Jede Ferienwohnung ist besser & hat mehr Service als dieses Hotel
Cons:

Wir haben eine Suite gebucht, um uns etwas Luxus zu gönnen. Bekommen haben wir: eine Art teure Ferienwohnung – nur ohne Gemütlichkeit, ohne Service und ohne Gegenwert fürs Geld. Immerhin war die Enttäuschung konsequent.

Die Zimmerreinigung ist ein echtes Highlight. Uns wurde erklärt, dass nur „auf Wunsch“ geputzt wird. Auf meinen Wunsch „bitte täglich“ wurde offenbar kreativ reagiert – nämlich gar nicht. Erst später erfährt man, dass man diesen Wunsch jeden Tag neu beantragen muss. Nach 22 Uhr? Leider Pech gehabt. Dreck schläft hier offenbar über Nacht einfach mit.

Das Frühstück passt perfekt ins Konzept: übersichtlich, lieblos und teilweise abenteuerlich. Die Weißwürste hatten ihre besten Tage offensichtlich lange hinter sich – kulinarische Zeitreise inklusive.

Das Zimmer war kalt, die Heizung funktionierte nicht. Das Bad war ebenfalls kalt, dafür aber wenigstens konsequent dreckig. Hygiene scheint hier optional zu sein – genau wie Wärme.

Das Personal wirkte hauptsächlich damit beschäftigt, gut auszusehen. Um die Gäste kümmern? Eher nicht. Probleme wurden freundlich ignoriert oder elegant weitergereicht – Service auf Distanz.

Fazit: Wer auf Selbstorganisation, kalte Zimmer, schmutzige Bäder und kulinarische Überraschungen steht, ist hier genau richtig. Für alle anderen: spart euch das Geld, mietet euch eine Ferienwohnung – da bekommt ihr mindestens dasselbe Erlebnis, nur günstiger.
