Es war sauber und die Betten bequem

Cons:

Nur ein Föhn, keine Wattestäbchen, Pads, Bademantel. Kein Flaschenöffner für die Wasserflaschen in der Minibar. Uns war es zu groß, das Hotel.

Hotelaufenthalt kann nur sehr unterschiedlich beurteilt werden

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers. Sanitärbereiche: hat alles gut funktioniert. Kaffee- und Teeauswahl gut

Cons:

Personal war sehr unterschiedlich, teilweise sehr freundlich, teilweise nicht. Der Preis des Frühstücks, 25 € pro Tag steht in keinem Verhältnis zu der Leistung. Brötchen an einem (Wochen-)Tag ganz hart, aufgebacken, nicht frisch. Keine Auswahl. Wenig Obst. Große Probleme bei der Zahlung. Preis stimmte nicht (zu Ungunsten des Hotels, worauf ich aufmerksam machte). 2 Personen waren über zwei Stunden am Computer beschäftigt und konnte keine Korrektur vornehmen. Erst Stunden später, als wir vom Essen zurückkamen, war die Rechnung bereinigt.

Wir kommen wieder
Pros:

die Lage ist perfekt, da wir mit dem Zug angereist sind. Es waren ca. 10 Minuten Gehzeit zum Hotel
Die Zimmer sind hervorragend und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das einzige Übel für uns war, die Lichtorgel im Aufzug. Das ist sehr unangenehm aus unserer Sicht.
Aber sonst gibt es wirklich nicht´s zu reklamieren.

Pros:

Ich war zu einer Fortbildung in Stuttgart. Leider hatte ich nachts um 3 Besuch von einem fremden Mann, der das Zimmer verfehlt hatte. Wie er ins Zimmer kam, weiß ich nicht.
Die beiden Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, Cătălin und Felix waren sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und haben mir geholfen. Hut ab vor solch tollen Mitarbeiter.
Trotz allem kann ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Service, Frühstück und alles war top. Ich werde nächstes Mal hier auf jeden Fall wieder einchecken.
