Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt, wir haben uns unglaublich wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder 😍

Alles 😍 Ein sehr schönes Hotel, schön eingerichtet, mega bequeme Betten, super freundliches Personal und hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet mit riesiger Auswahl

Pros:

La amabilidad del personal. La calidad de las instalaciones. El spa. Hotel muy moderno.

Cons:

Estábamos en habitación triple. Yo solicité una almohada para la cama supletoria y no me la pusieron. Además no nos limpiaron la habitación ni cambiaron las toallas en las tres noches que hicimos. Y si que pusimos el distintivo en la puerta donde lo pedíamos.

Don’t rent the towels they will steal from you.
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and the location was amazing.

Cons:

I rented two robes for the sauna for €50 each and was promised a refund once returned. They never gave me the money back. That was over a month ago. Parking was very difficult. Their parking garage gets full quick resulting in having to park a mile away in a parking garage that is not easy to navigate outside of the garage.

Die Suite für 3 Personen war zu klein. Bei der letzten Buchung, erhielten wir für die selbe Suiten-Buchung eine grössere Suite mit 2 Toiletten.
