Die Lage war super und die Zimmer sind gross.

Cons:

Leider war es zu kalt in der Nacht. Wir probierten ein bisschen zu heizen ging aber nicht.

The staff were helpful with my early check in and responsive to issues eg with air conditioning. Nice shower.

Cons:

The air conditioning was very poor. This was one reason I selected this hotel reading other reviews but I think the hotel must delete reviews as the room was very hot. A technician tried to fix it and I was moved to another room which I was told would be cooler but it was the same. This hotel is a step up from a hostel but in no way a quality hotel stay. The TV also did not work.

Da meine Freundin im Rollstuhl sitzt, haben wir vorab Kontakt mit dem Hotel aufgenommen. Uns wurde sofort und unkompliziert ein rollstuhlgängiges Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt, ein sehr freundlicher Service.

Der Aufenthalt war rundum angenehm. Check-in und Check-out waren reibungslos und die Zimmer haben uns nicht nur optisch sehr gut gefallen, sondern waren auch wunderbar ruhig, da man von draußen keinen Lärm gehört hat.
Direkt neben dem Hotel gibt es das Einkaufzentrum Milaneo, für jeden der gerne Shoppen geht.
