Lage top, Service leider nicht.
Pros:

Die Lage war gut, Zimmer groß und geräumig (war ja auch ne Suite). Kostenloser Kaffee aus der Lavazza Maschine auf dem Zimmer war das Highlight, mega lecker. Online Check-In mit automatischer Kartenausgabe war super schnell und hat perfekt funktioniert!

Cons:

Bluetooth Box auf dem Zimmer (Offbeat Suite) ging nicht. Fernseher hat ebenfalls nicht funktioniert.

Zudem ließen sich die Rollos nicht runterfahren und damit das Zimmer mit 2 großen Fensterfront nicht verdunkeln, weil die Vorhänge nicht über die ganze Fensterbreite gingen!

Auf Nachfrage hieß es das mit den Rollos wäre im ganzen Haus so, könnte man nichts dran machen.
Für Fernseher und BT Box wollte jemand vorbeikommen.

Wir waren von 10-18 Uhr nicht im Zimmer - es hat sich keiner drum gekümmert.
Und nicht nur das - auch gereinigt wurde NICHT, obwohl das Zeichen für "Bitte reinigen" eingeschaltet war und grün geleuchtet hat.

Einfach unmöglich für ein Hotel und Zimmer dieser Preisklasse!

Good value for price paid
Pros:

The closeness to downtown, the bathroom amenities were nice and in good working order.

Cons:

The parking garage is across the street and on the bottom floor of a garage, been nice if at least had a lift or elevator to stretch level for bags etc. not much on street parking and none around or near building since share as a apartment building.

Trotzdem hatte ich insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt und würde das Hotel wegen der Lage und Sauberkeit wieder empfehlen
Pros:

Das Hotel war sauber, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders gefallen hat mir die Lage direkt beim Milaneo – perfekt zum Shoppen, Essen und Spazieren. Die Zimmer waren modern und angenehm eingerichtet.

Cons:

Das Einzige, was mich etwas enttäuscht hat, war die Dachterrasse. Die alkoholfreien Cocktails waren für den Geschmack leider überteuert – ich habe für einen Cocktail 14€ bezahlt und er hat fast nur nach Zucker geschmeckt. Außerdem gab es oben etwas zu wenig Sitzplätze. Das Barpersonal war dafür aber wirklich sehr nett und sympathisch.

Bei der Buchung stand außerdem „Stadtblick“, aber wir haben eigentlich nur andere Gebäude gesehen. Das war ein kleiner Minuspunkt.
