- At the exit of the station, turn left into Okubo-dori street, and walk for about 328 feet.
- At the corner of the super market next to Tokyo Plaza Hotel, turn right.
- Walk straight on for about 262 feet, until you see the Shin Okubo Sekitei on the right side of the street.
-- The property looks out on a narrow side-street, which branches off from the main street. This side-street might be a bit hard to find for a first-time guest. We strongly recommend printing out the map or the pictures in this page in advance.

My stay at Shin Okubo Sekitei
Pros:

I really liked the customer service, ambience, and decor of the hotel. Close to many restaurants, bus stops, train stations, and a Donki~

For the price you pay, there is not much to not like.

Great value and worth the stay, surprisingly rooms are bigger than expected.
Pros:

Pros:

El trato de personal super amables, no importa el turno que sea. Las valijas te las cuidan muy bien y tambien te permiten llevarlas antes.
Tiene un Lobby con cocina compartida que te da bastante libertad en caso de no querer salir a comer.

Cons:

Valoramos que el alojamiento tiene una disposición que respeta el diseño antiguo, pero capaz en invierno hace un poco más de frio. El baño es chiquito, especialmente el cuartito del inodoro (todo estaba limpio de todos modos)

Pros:

The staff were all exceptionally nice, the room was cozy and really couldn’t ask for more. Amazing location, perfect if you’re looking for a few nights in Shinjuku with so many food options nearby. Thank you again!
