- At the exit of the station, turn left into Okubo-dori street, and walk for about 328 feet.
- At the corner of the super market next to Tokyo Plaza Hotel, turn right.
- Walk straight on for about 262 feet, until you see the Shin Okubo Sekitei on the right side of the street.
-- The property looks out on a narrow side-street, which branches off from the main street. This side-street might be a bit hard to find for a first-time guest. We strongly recommend printing out the map or the pictures in this page in advance.

コスパよくいい宿泊体験ができました。多少の不便は許容範囲内のものしかなかったので総合的に素晴らしいです。
Pros:

ネットで予約してだいぶ安く泊まることができました。新大久保にすぐアクセスできるのでとても便利でした。

Cons:

シャワーの設備が少し動きにくいところがありました。
ポットを使うために寝室の延長コードのところまで持って行かないといけなかったのも少し手間でした。

Confortable, agréable et spacieux
Pros:

La chambre est vraiment grande, il y avait même une pièce supplémentaire dédié pour y déposer nos bagages ouverts c’est génial, c’est spacieux et agréable. Le personnel est présent, il accepte de prendre les valises avant et après le départ, sont ouvert 24h sur 24h et sont absolument adorable. Je recommande !

Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a good size so very comfortable. Toilet was separate to bath/shower

Extremely well kept, quite, clean and stocked with essential amenities. The owners were extremely polite and accommodating, walkable distance from the trains and plenty eateries/ convince stores. Extra points for the best sleep of our entire trip on the 4 nights we spent here. 10/10 recommended
