Buen lugar para hospedarte
Pros:

Great stay
Pros:

The room is big enough for a family of 3 (couple + baby) and the room size allowed for my baby to roam around to explore. Around the area had many eateries and places to get food from and it's about a 5 min walk from 2 different stations. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Would recommend for families. Oh they had coin operated washing machine and dryer too.

Cons:

Not much to complain, just know that the place has no lift to the upper floors.

Pros:

Good position near Shinjuku and good price/quality
Pros:

Nice and quiet hotel near Shinjuku, it's a small structure with few but large rooms with an authentic and traditional atmosphere. The reception is open 24h and the staff is very kind.

Traditoneel Japans verblijf
Pros:

Een traditioneel Japans gevoel
Uitzonderlijk vriendelijke eigenares!
Haar Engels is heel erg goed.
Alles is aanwezig (frigo, handdoeken, tandenborstel, shampoo, haardroger, paraplu...)

Excellent location and introduction to visiting Japan
Pros:

A nice experience to stay in a Japanese-style room. First time sleeping on a futon bed and found it very comfortable. Excellent location close to the Shin-Okuba station and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Not a good pick for families
Pros:

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately the hotel itself is badly in need of cleaning and repair so there was no too much they were able to do to help.

Cons:

They have no larger rooms so our family had to split across two - one on the first floor and one on the third floor. Our rooms both smelled absolutely awful, but each in a different way. The first floor room smelled badly of mildew while the third floor smelled like the worst body odor I have ever encountered. In both cases the only solution to airing out the rooms was to have the air conditioner running on cold despite the fact that it was February and freezing. This still did not remove the smell, but it at least circulated air so that it was not suffocating. It is also located down a rather unpleasant alley that was not nice to walk in the evenings with our children.
