Amazing experience
Pros:

This is such a beautiful hotel. We stayed for two nights in between visiting Southern Patagonia and the Atacama. There was so much to do, but I was happy just to sit by the lake and admire the views and the beautiful ambience.
The rooms were stunning, the view was to die for and food was superb. I loved it.

Sooooo Happy to have stayed at Hotel AWA
Pros:

Our 4 day stay at Hotel AWA was perfect ! We were treated to expert guided excursions each day, which was for us a highlight. The waitstaff in the dining room were so warm and welcoming. We found the dining options to be very tasty and of high quality. Our Villa room opened up to the lake and the volcano….and the weather was great! What more can I say?
Don’t hesitate to visit !

A fantastic stay in a bedroom and hotel that felt like a luxury experience.
Pros:

The bedroom was outstanding with great views across the lake to the volcano. It was furnished tastefully and had a modern Scandi feel.
The staff were all very attentive and welcoming.
The restaurant was good serving a very good breakfast.
Activities were laid on and good bikes and kayaks were available for our use.

Nothing.

Stylisches Hotel direkt am See mit umfassenden Angebot
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt am See mit See-Zugang. Man kann schwimmen, Kajaks ausleihen, usw.
Sehr stylische Zimmer mit herrlichem Blick auf den Vulkan Osorno und den See (wir waren im 4. Stock).
Sehr gutes Restaurant für Frühstück und Abendessen. Leider kann man die Tische nicht reservieren, sondern first come - first served. Die schönsten Tische ganz vorne sind schnell weg und man muss kämpfen einen solchen zu bekommen auch wenn er frei wird (wir hatten den Eindruck Gäste aus Chile werden bevorzugt )-:
Frühstück reichhaltig mit viel Auswahl, exzellentem frischen Obst (Erdbeeren, Heidelbeeren, etc.).

Cons:

Es wäre schön, bestimmte Tische für das Abendessen für eine bestimmte Zeit fest reservieren zu können.

Excellent Experience All Around
Pros:

This hotel is excellent and has it all. Rooms especially ones ending 1-2 have stunning views and are very comfortable. Restaurant is high quality and service very good. Gym and spa are high quality. Checks every box of a corporate world traveler.

A great quiet couples stay
Pros:

We had a fantastic experience at the hotel. Thankfully it was far enough away from Puerto Varas to enjoy the quiet. We had our own car, and the activities group was still incredibly helpful even though we didn't choose their excursions. We borrowed the bikes one day, and had a great time. Lots of outdoor activities, and created great memories. The food was excellent, and the view from the room was unbeatable. Thanks for a great stay.
