A fantastic stay in a bedroom and hotel that felt like a luxury experience.
Pros:

The bedroom was outstanding with great views across the lake to the volcano. It was furnished tastefully and had a modern Scandi feel.
The staff were all very attentive and welcoming.
The restaurant was good serving a very good breakfast.
Activities were laid on and good bikes and kayaks were available for our use.

Stylisches Hotel direkt am See mit umfassenden Angebot
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt am See mit See-Zugang. Man kann schwimmen, Kajaks ausleihen, usw.
Sehr stylische Zimmer mit herrlichem Blick auf den Vulkan Osorno und den See (wir waren im 4. Stock).
Sehr gutes Restaurant für Frühstück und Abendessen. Leider kann man die Tische nicht reservieren, sondern first come - first served. Die schönsten Tische ganz vorne sind schnell weg und man muss kämpfen einen solchen zu bekommen auch wenn er frei wird (wir hatten den Eindruck Gäste aus Chile werden bevorzugt )-:
Frühstück reichhaltig mit viel Auswahl, exzellentem frischen Obst (Erdbeeren, Heidelbeeren, etc.).

Cons:

Es wäre schön, bestimmte Tische für das Abendessen für eine bestimmte Zeit fest reservieren zu können.

Pros:

Pros:

El desayuno estuvo bien con variedad aceptable. Me gusto que se podia pedir el desayuno personalizado. Respecto de la ubicacion, si bien esta alejado de Puerto varas la vista es increible por lo que lo vale.

Cons:

No me gusto que sentia mucho ruido desde muy temprano. Instalaron unos puestos de emprendimiento justo abajo de nuestra habitacion lo que no permitio descansar bien.

Ausgezeichnete Lage am lago Llanquihue mit grossem Indoorpool.

Cons:

Abendessen am zweiten Abend war eine Katastrophe. Die Suppe war kalt und das Fleisch ungeniessbar. Bereits am ersten Abend hatten wir Diskussionen, welche Getränke denn jetzt zur Halbpension gehören und die zuständige Restaurantchefin war sehr streitlustig.

Incredible views
Pros:

Property is stunning with incredible views. The room is absolutely beautiful with a fireplace, huge shower and soaking tub. Spa services were amazing.

Unfortunately I got food poisoning, which I believe was from eating the smoked salmon at breakfast. Other than that it waould have been a fantastic stay
