We had a wonderful stay and would 100% stay there again.
Pros:

The property had beautiful grounds, comfortable accommodation and a delicious breakfast. It was a very short walk into Sidmouth & to the sea front The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble even giving us a window seat for breakfast on our last day. Plenty of parking to.

Cons:

The bathroom was slightly on the snug side but it was still clean and well equipped.

The hotel was clean warm and comfortable. I liked the sitting room, especially when was reading and not feeling my best.

The music in the sitting room, but I did get it turned down.

Lovely staff and owner.

Lovely property. Beautiful gardens.

Cons:

Room was a little on the small side for us but there are plenty of more spacious rooms.
There is no lift as it is a listed building.

Really enjoyable, perfect location for anything in Sidmouth.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Big choice of food. Room was immaculate, very comfortable.
